    Emich Chevrolet
by HEATHER ARELLANO from Thornton, Co | April 10, 2020

Bryan Foose did an amazing job in keeping close contact via email or over the phone during the whole sales process. We found it easier to purchase online than in person. Bryan's experience played a great role in answering any questions we had or continue to have. His knowledge on his product was second to none. I was completely satisfied with the adjustments made during closing and thank you to the finance manager for being prepared and expediting our signing. I explained to Bryan that his continued communication with us during this time of quarantine made the decision easy to buy from Emich. Thank you and stay well.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!
by Saife Asbud (unscrupulous sales person) Wade Seymour (dishonest GM) from Lakewood, CO | June 24, 2019

WARNING to all consumers... they are selectively choosing which reviews stay on their web page! I've been purchasing vehicles for more than 30 years and I have never experienced such disrespect and dishonesty. I specifically told the salesman that I did not want my credit report ran until after a test drive and agreement on the final numbers on the vehicle. He convinced me to complete the credit app anyways, since I was pressed for time. Not only did they run my credit against my wishes, but the General Manager himself told me "too bad" since I signed the app. I told him my verbal statement superseded my signature on the app. He could care less that I explained I was trying to purchase a home and did not want or need unnecessary hard pulls on my credit score. To make it even more insulting, they tried to sell me a LEMON/buyback vehicle for the same market price as a used NON-LEMON vehicle!!! Who does that??? They did not mention anything about the vehicle having damage underneath (I have pics). Finally- after I left the dealership, they purposely pulled my credit 2 more times... just to be xxxxxxx. The GM at Emich in Lakewood, CO is a joke! He's as dishonest as they come...! I will tell all of my customers (at universities and high tech companies) in the area to STAY AWAY!

If you want to trust your mechanic, go elsewhere
by Georges Eliott from Lakewood, CO | December 04, 2018

Whoever looks at these, You can thank the service technician Joe for this review. I took my car into the service center at the beginning of November with an over heating issue. Before i took it to a different mechanic and they couldn’t figure out anything wrong with it and they recommended taking it to a dealership because they thought it could have been an electrical issue. Well, I took it into Joe at Emich who, first off, was very abrasive and off-putting.I described the issue with my car and the step by step process that would happen with my car and the overheating. I was told he would have it for probably over a day, which I had no problem with. less then 2 hours later, Joe calls me and tells me he can’t FINISH my diagnostic because a heater hose was busted and I had to replace it before he could complete the diagnostics which would cost me roughly 200 (not including the 90dollar diagnostic). I took the car back after paying 45 (1/2 diagnostic charge) to the mechanic as well as a third opinion. Low and behold BOTH mechanics said the hose was fine, they didn’t see anything wrong with it. I did my own research and found out that there was a special service order for the water-pump on the year, make, and model of the vehicle, and the problem and was described was the EXACT problem my car was having. both mechanics looked at the water pump and verified there was an issue with the propellor pushing the coolant through the system (no leak) so I called the service center back and asked Joe if he could look up my vehicle and see if the water pump would still fall under warranty with the service order, which it did, and then proceeded to ask him if that’s something they could look into since both the other mechanics verified the water pump and it WAS under warranty. his response left me floored. I was told, and I quote, “i don’t know who has touched your car but my guys know what they are talking about. GM makes good product and I don’t care what the other mechanics say, I’m not looking at anything until you fix the heater hose.” Well Joe, thanks to your arrogance, and totally unfounded certainty, I ended up spending over 1000 dollars in between getting 2nd opinions and REPLACING THE WATERPUMP, which would not have ever happened if you put aside your ego and checked the pump yourself since it WAS under warranty. Thanks to Joe I will NEVER be recommending not only chevy, but this service center in particular. If you want to be taken advantage of so technicians like Joe can line their pockets with labor, go here. Otherwise, pretty much anywhere else is more trustworthy then this place.

Brian Overton is very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles at Emich Chevrolet. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase even sending several pictures of the car since I was purchasing it from out of state. I would recommend Brian to anyone who appreciates a professional car buying experience. Thank you Brian for all of your assistance and guidance.
