  From the time we walked on the lot and meet Eniezer Rios we knew this was the dealership we were going to get a car from. Eniezer listen to our wants and needs and got us in the Suv we wanted. 4 days later we drove away. We can't thank Eniezer. Mark and Vinny enough for working so hard for us. We would recommend our family and friends to them everytime. If you are looking for a car or truck go to Elmwood they are the best!!!

  We needed a vehicle that could fit three kids and carseats, so went here looking for a mini-van. We were met by the salesperson Eniezer Rios who took the time to figure out exactly what we needed (and didn't need) We ended up purchasing a car in under 2 hours total and walked out happy about the whole transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Elmwood to anyone. Every interaction with the salesperson, sales manager and finance manager was positive. When my next car needs replacing, I will be sure to visit Elmwood before anywhere else.

  I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork. Highly recommend Elmwood for all your Chrysler Group needs.

  Purchased two vehicles at Elmwood

  My husband and I were in the market for new vehicles. We went to about five different dealerships before going to Elmwood. After due diligence, we narrowed our search down to Elmwood and one other dealership. Ultimately, my husband decided to lease a four door Wrangler and I ended up buying a pre-owned 2012 Dodge Journey. We choose Elmwood for multiple reasons, competitive prices, vehicle selection and the professionalism of the entire staff. Our sales professional, Eniezer Rios, was top notch! He definitely earned our business by following up with us, being available at any reasonable time for questions and facilitating the resolve of any challenges we faced during the buying process. The exact model my husband was looking for was not onsite but the dealership was able to locate and secure the vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. The pre-owned car I purchased showed a malfunction light of the ESC System the night I drove it home. I was concerned but from my dealing with Elmwood and Eniezer I was confident that they would remedy the problem at no expense to me. It took a little while for the service team to determine the issue. During that time, the service team was a pleasure to deal with (thank you T) and Eniezer kept me informed. I was provided a rental and the problem was fixed with no out of pocket cost to me. I was impressed with how the dealership handled my issue. It is easy to have a good experience and be happy with a buying experience when everything goes right but to have a good experience despite the “bumps in the road” is rare. At this point, I my pre-owned is running well, without issue and I believe it will continue to do so. Should anything change, I will update my review. Given the reasons stated above I highly recommend Eniezer Rios at Elmwood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in East Providence he will earn your trust and your business.

  Speedy Sales Process

  I needed to make my purchase within two days, prior to the end of the year, not much time to go back and forth on price. Thankfully I knew what I wanted and explained my needs to my sales person Eniezer Rios. He was focused and on the case, I told him my price range. He went to his manager and with 20 minutes we had a deal. I appreciated his listening skills and his ability to expedite the process! I would totally recommend the dealership and Eniezer Rios!
