    Bait and switch pricing

    Quoted one price before visiting (via text message communications I was having with dealership), confirmed price when initial discussion with salesman. Then when going through finance stage saw they had a higher price than agreed to before hand. I had a older trade in that I had given the vin number to so they could offer a trade in amount. The higher price was due to them over valuing my trade in by $1500. Kelly Blue Book doesn't give the price they assumed the car was worth even if it was in excellent condition, which I made clear it wasn't. Went back and forth over incorrect price but they wouldn't honor original quoted price. Left for lower price at another dealership.

    This place is a scam!! On December 18, 2019 I went to Elk Grove Kia to check out a Telluride. I had my mind made up to buy one and drove all the way from Stockton to Elk Grove. Upon my arrival, I parked my car in front of bunch of salesmen and began to check out a Telluride near where I parked. (Not a single one of the salesmen walked up.) I walk over to a Telluride that apparently was just delivered prior to my arrival. I asked to test drive the vehicle and salesman said we have to do some paperwork before going on a test drive. This guy ran my credit and started the process of buying and when I asked him I want to test drive the vehicle before I commit to it. He said "I need to see some kind of commitment." mind you I had just showed him my cash down payment. Apparently, that was not enough commitment for him. These guys judged me based on my car that I drove into their parking and how I was dressed. I looked like someone who cannot afford the car to them. Stay away from them I literally would not ever go there again. I am going to drive in there with my brand new vehicle just to rub it in their face.

    I checked online ratings and it was not ok but I tried beacause its close to my residence . First visit was ok. Next visit took me longer waiting and didn’t accept my maintenance plus agreement for oil change but back in Little Rock ARKANSAS I dont need to pay for oil change because was covered and accepted it. Overall i didn’t went back for wheel alignment next morning because i was not satisfied and i will try another dealer that might be better satisfying in providing my needs.

    2018 KIA Forte my way!

    I rarely leave reviews. I was in a hit and run and my car was totaled. I was not in the market to buy a new car, but that's life. I've heard about KIA's being great cars and they've come a long way. Chris was the first person I spoke to on the lot. He was kind, didn't try to sell me on everything when I walked up, it was refreshing. I've had horrible experiences at other dealerships. I also liked that they check your credit first before you find the "car of your dreams" and you can't get it. All in all, I am absolutely happy with my choice. Go ask for Chris.

    So I went in simply to ask a question and my salesman Sam was so helpful. He found me someone that could answer my question and stayed with me the whole time. He made the process very stress free. Although I was not expecting to buy a car that night, I did and so glad that I chose the Elk Grove Kia team of guys to help me. Al in finance was also helpful. He managed to get me the lowest interest rate I had ever had. I also benefited from a rebate. The process was smooth as pie. That night two hours later I drove off in a 2018 Kia Optima EX (Titanium Silver) with no money down. My finance company called me today to welcome me. Yay!!!! Merry "belated" Christmas, Happy "belated" Birthday and Happy New Year to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Salesman Lyndon was great-- explained everything and had complete knowledge of the vehicle. The financing team and GM worked quickly to get us acceptable financing even though we didn't have money to put down.
