    I actually had to take my Jeep to the Nissan side of Edwards because the Jeep service department is completely rude. They do not try to help the customer. They even treated the Nissan side of service poorly and they work for the same company. When you question them and their work they freak out and tell you to take it somewhere else then when you do they become ruder. We purchased an extended warranty and that was crap cause it does not cover a xxxx thing and Jeep Service thinks it’s funny. Back to Woodhouse !!!

    Worked with me to get the Jeep I wanted!!! Great customer service! So easy to work with. Gave me great options on multiple jeeps and made my decision very hard. Will definitely purchase from them again!!

    this company as a whole is crooked. they sold me a hummer h2 with no oil in it. lied to me about the check engine light,said it was the gas cap. got the hummer home. engine blew 2 days later. local mechanic told me the hummer hasn't had oil in it for a very long time.was lucky to get it home. called Edwards and was promptly told."thats your problem not ours" . now i have no hummer, they have my trade and 500 dollars.plus the money they got from the loan. i get bad credit. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

    I would recommend this place to anyone. David Jones, Creighton, and their supervisor John are the best car salesmen and finance managers I have ever met. Took my aunt to get a car also referred a friend a week ago and both walked away with a vehicle. I do not go anywhere besides this place to get a vehicle. They make the experience fun, easy, and quick. Thank you David and crew for such a great experience!

    The professionalism lacks completely. The service department personnel is so non customer oriented the fact I set an appointment to get my vehicle looked at far and above allowing time to get a simple diagnosis on a charging issue on a new vehicle purchase from this place one month after the fact in the three days they had it they did not have a tech available hmm but of course they did send truck out for hitch they owed that took all day to install and further more sales wouldn’t answer a call for three days on a flaw/ding in door that was hidden and rushed over during delivery I suggest you shop at least a better dealership this experience has been awful and the time I spent setting appointment lost along with two days wages. Now I have to find someone to fix the flaw in a new truck that by the way I have a waste of money warranty for.

    Chrysler 300 Recall x2

    I can personally say that I had an amazing experience while my car was being serviced. I had a recall on my 2012 Chrysler 300. When I entered the facility I was greeted with a warm smile by the supervisor Fred. He took out the time to fill out my paperwork because his colleague Eathan was busy. Fred answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about a Remedy for the recalls. Since I had two recalls the could take up to four hours Fred and Ethan offered me a ride back home. Fortunately my mom was there, but I took them up on their offer to pick me up. Once my vehicle was finished Ethan made sure I had transportation to pick up my car. My experience was VIP all the way, thanks guys.
