    I was surprised and disappointed to have the sales manager, raise the price after I started talking to them. He told me it was because they had so much interest in the car. If there was that much interest, it would have been sold. I bought elsewhere.

    Okay experience, disconnected sales people

    Nice selection of cars, I appreciated the inventory of electric vehicles they had. Main concern was that we visited to look at one car in particular and upon returning from a test drive of that vehicle, we were told that it had just sold, which was somewhat frustrating. Clearly the sales team was not connected given that we had even called ahead to look at this vehicle. Fortunately they had another which was very similar that we ended up purchasing. We were also not able to take delivery of the vehicle that day because they hadn't fully charged it nor had completed the inspection which they had planned on doing.

    Great New Car Service

    Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

    Came in with a deal in mind, left with that deal. The sales manager directed me right to Phil; Phil exemplifies the perfect sales person. Easy, roll with it attitude - quick transaction. Even the finance department was efficient and friendly without any of the high pressure sales pitches for aftermarket items. A+++ No problem recommending Phil or Eden Prairie Nissan to anyone.

    Mark Leuthard is the type of sales person who genuinely listens and simply shows respect in his communication. He'll make you feel welcome, find you exactly what you're looking for, and patiently work with you every step of the way. His experience and expertise made the entire process absolutely seamless for me. Never a hint of pressure. No frustration as I went back and forth about various options, even different brands. Always an honest answer. Before I knew it, the vehicle of my dreams was signed, sealed and delivered! I think the whole process took less than 2 hours. The dealership is clean, bright and seems to run like a well-oiled machine. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. You'll feel great doing business with Eden Praire Nissan. In particular, ask for Mark Leuthard if you need help with a new car. He is the best I've ever met and just thinking about his conversations with me now still brings a smile to my face.     Finally, a normal, friendly and honest dealership

    The service department is excellent and honest! They corrected a 4 wheel brake issue with all new parts and an alignment on a recently bought AWD SUV, used vehicle, when they could_ have skated by as most dealerships do with just a rotor turning. The vehicle had their 30 day guarantee and they went beyond and above what other dealerships usually do. So, would I buy again from them? Yes! and I will also send my sons there to buy when they need a car or truck. this really is a first rate shop with first rate service! Submitted by a happy new customer, and a former racer and mechanic that appreciates good workmanship.

    Great Service and Excellent Prices

    Was pleasantly surprised on the lack of pushy sales here. They don't swarm you when you get out of the car and we were able to walk the lot to see their inventory before the sales person approached us. As we were entering the sales office, we were asked if we needed help at that point. Every aspect of the buying experience was good, with the exception that the sales person would dance around the price, and over explained everything but I know that he was just doing his job. We were a little pressed for time as we were gonna look at other vehicles before making our decision and I wonder if it was a tactic to keep us there so that we wouldn't have time to go elsewhere. None the less we bought from EP Nissan and got excellent service and would recommend them. My only tip is not to be afraid to tell the sales person if you are in a hurry or to skip certain explainations. Again I know they are just doing their jobs, but we are not idiots.
