    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My mother purchased a 2018 Tucson three weeks ago from Josh at Eckert Hyundai. From day one there has been a tire losing air. We brought it to the dealerships attention right away. As a matter of fact, due to the on going construction and the vehicles location on the lot, Josh, the sales person, made a comment regarding his concern over nails, or other objects that may or could damage a tire. After bringing the vehicle back to the service department, them “looking” at it TWICE, they supposedly fixed the problem. Today she took it in for the THIRD time in regards to the same issue the dealership has been aware of. Instead of actually fixing or replacing the tire, they turned my mother away, claiming they do not cover the tires. Well ladies and gents, my mother is fully aware the tires are not covered. However, when the problem existed from day one it’s obviously something that needed to be fixed by the dealership. The sales person, Josh, has a condescending entitled attitude as well as many of the other staff members. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    High pressure; no valuing a repeat customer

    I went to Eckert Hyundai today to get a car for my daughter. I bought my own car there and had such a fantastic experience with Dave that I came back. Today I wound up working with Joshua, who seemed a nice friendly young man at first. The problem is, a while later and even after learning I’ve worked in the car business before, he openly admitted to me he was using high pressure sales tactics when I mentioned to him that I was aware of the games he was playing. When I asked nicely if he would please stop, he actually laughed because to him it was funny making me wait long periods of time and ignoring direct questions I was asking him. If I had a nickel for every time I would ask a direct question and he would come back with “YOU tell ME”...ugh Anyway, I wound up leaving. I finally got tired of Josh disappearing on me and got in my car to leave. He magically appeared when I was getting my GPS dialed in, but I wasn’t willing to wait on another disappearing act to see if he would get an actual answer to the direct question I asked before his last disappearance...relating to a whole $400. In the end, that $400 (plus me getting tired of him disappearing) not only cost him today’s sale of a vehicle for my daughter, but also the sale of a new Genesis for me after the first of the year. Do yourself a favor before shopping here and make sure you’re working with Dave. Or at least someone who isn’t Joshua. Dave won’t leave you for long periods of time and doesn’t treat you like you are a joke to him. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be sitting in another dealership right now if I had worked with Dave from the beginning.

    This is a great dealership to buy from. They have a great selection of both new and used Hyundai and Genesis. John Becker was a great dealer to work with, I highly recommend seeing him if you find what you’re looking for at Eckert Hyundai.

    Went in for a diagnosis on my vechicle, they misdiagnosed and refused to do anything about it. Never have i been talked to by a so called professional like i did today. Mr. Wheeler was very rude. I would never refer anyone here

    This 2018 Elantra is my 9th new car from Eckert since 2004. I have a 2016 Azera and needed a second airport car for approx next 20 months or so. I went to see about a used car but quickly realized a new car lease would be less expensive overall and less hassle with incentives...discounts and warranty etc. Stan Becker took care of all the details and deal was wrapped up and car delivered in short order..I have been a customer of Stan and his son Joe for all these years ans have sent several friends to them who were all extremely happy with their purchase. I use their service exclusively and find them to be friendly.. efficiant and fair with pricing. (Jimmy and Don). I have on rare occasions checked other dealers and always come back to Stan or Joe.

    This was the quickest, painless experience. It was so hassle free. Mike P is awesome. I had gone to another dealership and they were very pushy and had me there 4 hours even when I told them I wasn't intrested after the first 2 hours we negotiated. With Eckert, I was in and out with car in 2 hours. I will definitely keep you guys in mind for my next purchase. I highly recommend Eckert.
