  Daphne (sales associate) was warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process! She never provided any pressure to buy and right off let us know she was not on commission so there was no need to fear there would be any hard sell tactics used. She also worked hard in the cold, icy weather to bring out all the cars we wanted to see. Justin (sales manager) was also very helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all our questions. We arrived later in the evening and despite closing at 9 pm, Daphne, Justin, and the finance folks were never impatient and stayed until after 10pm to ensure the deal was properly done so I could take my SUV that night, This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car!!!

  Best car buying process I've ever had

  I've bought about 4 cars from dealers in my life, this was by fast the best experience by an order of magnitude. The rep I worked with in Colorado Springs, Brendan.clark@echopark.com, was not pushy at all, completely supportive and found me the car I wanted exactly. More so, during this time of Covid, he knew that I lived with my mom who has pre-existing conditions and he setup an entire process to make the process completely no touch. He really went above and beyond. If I buy another vehicle (for my mom or anyone) this is who I'll reach out to. Highly recommended. Also, they by far had the best prices and the best selection. I got a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 17k miles for 26k. Other dealers in COS were trying to sell me 2016/7 with >40k miles for far more.
