    I bought a 2001 Ford Expedition 4X4 and have had no problem at all with it for over 1 year. I went back and just bought a BMW for my daughter because I trust them. Great prices and great customer service. When you buy a used vehicle you expect some things to be wrong (or you are living in a fantasy) but I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

    Very poor job at responding to questions online and on phone! Get there and personal conversation seems more important than your needs! Drop the joking with the guy you obviously knew and move on to the customer already, not make me wait for freaking 6-7 mins hearing your personal stories between each other. What ever happened to "customer service (with a smile even)". As well, should I hear cussing in the background?

    This dealer is not trustable at all!! I bought a 2003 vw passat gls from this dealer with an excellent price; but the car is not in excellent condition at all! one day later I got this car, check engine light came on; tried hard to neogotiate with the dealer, but no results; spent almost 3000 to fix this car which is almost half price of the car's value; and I was told the problem had been there for a while; who knows how the dealer hide these problems?? moreover, one power window doesn't work; four tires are different!!!!!!two different brands!!and two of them are very bad!! those small things are agreed by the dealer to fix! but he didn't do at all! now, couple months later, engine light came on again; and I got an estimation from vw dealer to fix the problem which is about 3000!!! the big fix is relevant to two catalytic converters, heater core, water pump, timing belt; stay away from this dealer! never believe what is said in their cars' advertisements! you never know what they have done to the vehicles! and they will never return your money even they sell you a trash car!

    Worst Dealer Ever!

    This dealer sold me a Civic who needed an engine replacement due to the long term over heating damage on the car. The car broke down only 20 days after I purchased it. He hid the damage by using blue devil. I got in contact with the previous owner's service center and they informed me that the car needed $2900 of engine servicing half a year ago. The dealer took zero responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle. He claims all his cars are "approved" by his mechanics which is just a despicable lie. He offered to trade the car in for another one and I would loose $1300 on that deal. I refuse to buy another car form this shady dealer. I may have lost a lot of money but its satisfaction enough to inform others to AVOID this dealership.

    The salesperson John was not at all pushy but was knowledgeable and treated us like intelligent people. The sales manager acted in the same manner and it helped immensely in coming to a satisfactory transaction. We bought 2004 VW Passat Fully Loaded for good price. All cars on their lot much lower than KKB Retail Price! Good Place!

    Spoke with a sales person and asked very detailed specific questions about a vehicle.I wanted a few answers considering I had a 5.5 hour drive 1 way. I was assured that the car had No DINGS,that the Interior was super clean, no rips or tears etc. I drive 5.5 hours to find that there are multiple holes in the leather doorpanels on 4 different locations. I counted 6 major door dings and deep scratches 5 feet long on the roof and the side. A Doorlock did not work, Missing a wiper arm, and completely out of alignment. Engine compartment had been coated in motor oil on all the dark parts to make it look pretty for the photos. Needless to say, I dont expect perfect in a used car, but when you spend 20 minutes on the phone with a salesperson asking questions and adressing concerns and then drive 5.5 hours to find what i did. You MUST let others know. BUYER BEWARE
