    1st Car for our son as a new driver

    If I could rate this zero stars I absolutely would! We tried to purchase a new starter vehicle for our son. Upon finding what we thought was a great vehicle at Eagle Motors we placed a $200 deposit on the 2009 Jeep Patriot, low mileage. There needed to be a small repair completed on the vehicle before we were allowed to pick it up. When we returned, for the second time from over an hour away, to pick up our vehicle it shut off and stalled twice in the parking lot and then once again as Ken, the manager drove it to his mechanic. The mechanic has no idea why it is stalling and can’t get it to replicate, therefore they can’t fix anything!!! We no longer want to purchase the car as it is hardly safe to put our teenage son in and they WILL NOT refund us the deposit! When we put a deposit down it was on a safe working vehicle and now it no longer is! Crooked people!!!

    Right off the get go this place was deceitful. I had 12 things wrong with the vehicle I purchased from eagle motors and that was on my way home from the lot. They reluctantly said they would fix them, made me wait weeks to get my car back, they never did anything to solve the issue but said they did. Matter of fact come to find out from another mechanic they ZIP TIED a part together to save themselves $400 . The car is the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned and they just shined it up to make me think I was getting a good car. Even the looks of the car changed the more I washed it. Just disgusted. You can change your name to get rid of a bad reputation but its( bad reputation) going to come back when you keep deceiving your customers. Don't ever listen to a sales manager when he says "take my word for it, your going to love this car". Worst experience ever!!!

    First car for daughter

    My daughter began her shopping for a first car here, needless to say I’m glad I checked it over for her and met the salesman Matt! Absolutely no way would I purchase so much as an air freshener here! The car he put her in wasn’t even road safe. The rear tire’s brake and rotor was so shot that the rust and metal came off in chunks with a light touch. The salesman first acted oblivious when I returned with her and started asking questions regarding the tire, he really wasn’t pleased when I asked him to come see for himself, then tried to tell me it was “surface” rust. He kept acting oblivious and kept saying he didn’t know anything about the car he had to check with the mechanic about issues that were recently fixed. New parts are not hard to ID when the rest has a moderate amount of rust for a used car, not uncommon in the Midwest at that. It’s a used car, of course it’s had work done, so why try to hide it?! Asking for the Carfax also seemed to really irritate him, he said at least twice I could just go to their website. Yet Another red flag was when he learned how much she was approved for a loan the car was magically that amount. So rude and condescending to her about what she could afford, again, her first car! He saw her coming hoping she would just sign papers and be on her way! Not ok. Shame on you. I wish I could paste the photos I took of it so you could all see exactly how patched and cobbled the car was. I’m sure there will be an excuse as a response, as seems to be the pattern while I scroll through.

    Horrible

    Bought a car from here, while buying the car they were very fast at replying and seemed like nice people to buy from. Everything worked fine on the car, no lights on. 30 mins after driving off the lot the engine light comes on. Sadly enough they had just closed and it was the weekend. So i waited till Monday to call, never got a call back. Went up to ask about the car and was told that their was nothing they could do unless i paid for “repairs” i had literally only had the car 3 days at that point. Smh worse decision of my life was buying a car from here!!

    I had a great buying experience with Ken. He sent extra photos I asked for of the vehicle before I drove down to see it in person. He worked to get us a great interest rate. Ken is delightful and Knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership. It was well worth the drive!

    Terrible customer service after the sale

    I bought a Jeep from them. The owners son messaged me back several times that weekend to make the sale. Once the sale was made I contacted him as he told me there is 2 sets of keys. The man who took payment told us one set did not work so they would send their key guy to my house to have another key made. When I contacted the dealership again to see when this was going to happened he told me I needed to pay for the 2nd set myself and will now not return my message. He was all about being super nice to make the sale then once it was made he ignored my posts to get the 2nd key after saying that’s now my responsibility.

    Will not buy another vehicle from them I bought a car told them what was wrong with it they argued With me saying that wasn't it And said it was something else bought the parts for me to repair and turns out that it was what I said it was and now I'm stuck with the repairs of replacing cluster gage and several parts in the front end including both shocks!

    Ken worked with me when I didn't have much to spend. He took the time with me and also made sure the vehicle looked and ran good. I definitely say go see Ken on a deal!

    DON'T BE FOOLED

    RANDY IN MN IS A JERK, he is the reason people don't trust used car sales- AFTER the sale he was RUDE, and condescending. LAUGHED when i said i would go to social media! when we drove there for the 2nd time for parts and they weren't there - i said "we just drove an hour and a half to get here" he said- "IS THAT ALL" . Ken, one of the owners TRIED to make up for his HORRIBLE staff but still fell short. He should learn how to reign in this JERK .. please- save yourself the aggravation and DONT trust this place.. I had to enter a 1 star rating to move forward with this entry, they should allow negative stars to be submitted
