    I wish that I could rate them a 10! From the online inquiry of a used truck we were interested in, thru working with a truly honest and understanding salesman, Robert Haas, thru to the outstanding finance specialist, Randy Bowser, with the dealership manager being supportive in the background; we were able to purchase our used truck after great service was provided to the truck at the Eagle service department and obtain financing for my son-in-law, needing to repair his credit, with my husband as co-signer. I cannot be more pleased and appreciative of our experience at Eagle Buick.

    I purchased a 2018 Camaro SS from them nearly five months ago. My son and I drove from Atlanta, GA to make this purchase. I also purchased an extended warranty. The salesman Nick B was great, however the finance manager Robert Ernstes turned out to be a complete “#$$” ’ll tell you more later. I could not believe that it took them 4 months to finally get my title and Georgia tag. They had to pay over $400 in penalties to get my tags. This was after numerous calls to them with runaround excuses. It wasn’t until I spoke with Jim Martin one the managers that I was able to get expedited results. Back to Robert. He accused me of not being a man of my word because he was P.O. that I wanted to cancel my warranty. Now mind you I drove over 500 miles one way and purchased the vehicle at I’m sure was COVID-19 up charge prices. I did not dicker around on the price. The only agreement I had with Bob was that I would allow them to do in-house financing because I had already been pre-approved from my local bank and this would streamline the process, however with the understanding that I was going to refinance the loan as soon as I returned to Atlanta which I did at a rate they could not match. It took them 4 months to refund my warranty money and only again with the help of Jim Martin. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Fake Price on Line!

    The price they advertise is not the price on their vans! Add about 20 thousand and you might be there! Told them about the price months ago. This is your typical bate and switch! The review must come form the family and friends!

    Purchased a 2019 Buick Envision Ray and Reggie were outstanding. Reggie got an approval for us that no one else could. I have a great car and a lower payment. This is my 5th car from this dealership and I will go back Eagle Buick is the best in the Tampa Bay area. they are willing to go the extra distance to get you the car you want.

    I used the website to send a request to check availability of the vehicle I was looking for. I immediately received a response stating the vehicle that I was looking for was available . The response included the picture of the vehicle with a link to the description that included additional photos, the price, stock #, vin # etc. When we arrived at the lot, the price was 34,000 more than the price listed from the link. When I questioned the difference, the salesman checked the stock # and confirmed it was the same vehicle and the price I received had been inaccurate. However, we were lucky since it was last years model and new we could get it for $20, 000 less. So we took it on a test drive. When we were given the actual bottom line price, we went through the usual salesman back and forth to my boss, gonna get you the best deal routine, Only to find that a vehicle that was 34,000 more than quoted, and gonna be reduced 20,000 was actually, priced with a trade in of my vehicle and a $3,000 rebate $6000 higher than the $20,000 off price, not including taxes and other fees. What a waste of time!

    Best place ever hands down

    Listen, if I could ever recommend someone in particular, and this dealership I would. The GM Russel Baldner is so caring and helpful, I do not plan on ever using another dealership. I have known him (since school) for over 25 years. I KNOW why they keep this man there! He is beyond fair, helps out my entire family and always gets us just what we want. This guy can remember things from years ago and knows you by name. If there ever was an honest dealership, this one is at the top of the list. Seriously. They try everything to get you what you want and helpful with the banks and financing also. I have sent so many people their way, and everyone has thanked me profusely. I always get trucks from them, and will continue to as long as I live within the state of Florida lol. Thanks for excellent customer service and personal service! By the way, we end up getting turned over to Reggie, Russel's brother he is just as good and so nice! Thanks to them I always have what I need and want. Christa Starkey
