We were dreading buying a new car. Our last experience was high pressure, let's negotiate and I need to talk to my manager. Matt was great. Extremely knowledgeable and when we told him we needed to take a look at other vehicles at other dealerships he told us how to get there. We went back the next day and bought the Mazda. The whole experience actually turned out to be fun and we love our new vehicle.

We saw a car on cars.com and went to look at it for our son. The salesman Stephen was very nice and polite. Did not try to pressure us or force a sale. He kept giving us our space so we could talk and make a decision without a salesman hanging on us. We decided to get it and paid for it on the condition that when we brought our son back the next day, if he didn't like it, they would just give us back our check. They filled the tank and detailed it again for us before we got there to pick it up. Of course our son wanted it. There was no pressure, they were all so nice and it made a chore we were not looking forward to just that much easier.

We were very disappointed in the whole car experience. The car had to be towed in one week after purchase for overheating.It only had 405 miles on it. The dealer would not provide me any guarantee after repair that the car was good as new. We were just treated like a number as soon as they got paid
