    I went in on a rainy evening to check out a particular car. I asked questions and Randy Thomas gave me good, informed answers. Just what I wanted. No fooling around, no tricks, just straight answers. Since he's been doing this for nearly 40 years he had the info I needed and no reason to be shady. The finance office was great, too. That's the scary place you go after you decided to buy the car! He gave me the info and options, didn't pressure me to buy extra stuff. He presented it all, but no strong arm tactics, just giving out information and options. Next time I need a car I'll start here!

    Worst experience EVER

    We tried buying a new CR-V here and it was horrible. A female sales person was the rudest most cruel person we have ever experienced. We ended up purchasing in Bentonville AR. My previous review had to be deleted due to THREAT FROM THEIR ATTORNEY. WOW!

    We had to worst experience ever at Wessel only because we were trying to get the best deal on a new CR-V. Laura in new car sales is the rudest, most cruel, most demeaning sales person we have ever met. DONT EVER BUY A NEW VEHICLE HERE until you do your price shopping. They will screw you on your trade and try to hide it. We live in Nixa and drove to Bentonville (Fletcher Honda) to buy our vehicle. By the way, we purchased 3 vehicles from Wessel previous to this experience. Laura is the WORST!

    After having my car stolen a few months ago I needed a car and my son recommended I purchase at Don Wessel. My son owns a Honda Element and loves it so I went by their dealership and met Justin. He was totally professional, friendly, and funny. The process was smooth and wonderful and I could not be more pleased with my 2017 CRV. Give this boy a raise!

    I was told my car would be finished on Friday then when I went Friday to pick it up I was told nope it'll be done Saturday before noon then when I called Saturday they said nope for sure it will be done Monday morning by lunch and then I called Monday morning after setting up rides to pick me up and drop me off from work and they told me it would be ready by 5 o'clock Monday afternoon then about 430 I called to make sure it's ready and then I was told it wasn't done today it will be done Tuesday by noon , I had arrangements set up for the Monday pick up and now I have no way of picking up my vehicle on Tuesday and it's very frustrating because I was told three different days at three different times and none of them were true I will never bring my vehicle back to Don Wessel Honda to have it serviced again just tell me the honest truth the first time instead of stringing me along very poor customer service very dissatisfied.
