    It is places like this one that advertise their vehicles for prices that are not an actual representation of what they have in stock. I believe that they use this type of "marketing" to get people onto their lots with the hopes of retaining them as customers even though they are using false advertising to do so. Ridiculous

I shopped around a lot and looked at other makes and models and dealerships before finding the car I wanted and the Toyota brand. I appreciated the fact that they gave me prices in writing and I did not feel confused like I was feeling from some other car salespeople, especially after being "sold and practically tricked by another dealer onCapitol Dr..     We recently bought a low mileage 2004 Camry. Despite being in good condition, the dealer replaced the sepentine belt, front brake pads/rotor and new tires. So, instead of having to immediately spend about $500, we are in good shape. Also, Horatio, our salesman pointed out many improvements in the 2004 compared to the 1993 that we turned in. Evidently, Don Jacobs spends less on advertising and more on the condition of the cars being sold. Thank you.

    Oil Change

    So I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation online for a Saturday at 9:30am. When I arrived they had no record of the appointment. The customer service rep was very friendly and inputted me into the computer right away. I did opt for the exterior car wash with my oil change and tire rotation. This was supposed to be a quick lube and was expecting it to take about an hour, 3 hours later I finally left the dealership. They really need to get the scheduling, staffing and maintenance center on track or they are going to lose business to jiffy lube and other similar places. I just moved from Oregon and the Toyota Dealership I went to was great. If I had a quick express lube and tune scheduled it would only take 60 minutes, or 90 minutes if they found some work they had to do. I found this dealership's maintenance department to be unorganized and not very prompt. I may have to find another dealership in the area to conduct the maintenance on my Tundra.

    My certified pre-owned Camry is the second car I bought from Wayne Timm. The process was honest and straightforward, and the car was very clean and in excellent shape. The dealership management let me borrow the car for a couple of hours so that I could take it home and show it to my family before moving ahead any further. Overall I would do business with Don Jacobs Toyota again.
