    I went to the dealership just to look at the different cars available. Ernest Garza sat down with me and was very honest about what he could and could not get within my payment range. I never felt pressured to buy anything, especially anything that I would not be able to keep within my payment limits. Most dealerships try to talk to you into what they want to sell and not listen to the customer. This was the first time in a long time, I didn't mind going back to the dealership for anything.

    My car died so i was forced to buy another one. I was referred to Bob Getz by my service man Chris Villalobos. Chris was very compassionate to my situation of not being able to afford to fix my car, and said Bob Getz can work with any situation. Whe Bob called me, he asked me what kind of car I wanted. He wan NOT pushy like most sales people. And being a female--MOST salesman treat you like youre stupid. Bob and I talked about terst driving a few cars I liked. But Bob showed me a car that was a better ride, make-model than my previous choices. He asked if I liked it. I said If you can make it happen (even after I reduced my initial price point) he said he could. And Bob came through for me. I'm happy with my car, and feel that women wont be taken advantage of when they come in to have their car fixed and when they buy a car. at DAVIS-1901 COLLINS ST/ARLINGTON TX .

    In a society where costumer service and taking a personal interest in customers are dying qualities among retailers, it was both extremely refreshing and surprising that we found a dealership that excels at both. Our shopping and purchasing experience was nothing short of stellar with Don Davis Dodge. This was without question the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman Josh Stewart was everything you would cautiously hope for in a car salesman... friendly, knowledgeable, honest and excellent at communicating on all levels, both in person and over the phone. He always returned our calls in a very prompt time frame while always being able to provide information about any subject or question we had. This was the first time in over 20 years of buying vehicles that we weren't made to feel like a face attached to a phone number. Instead, this gentleman truly showed a genuine interest in making sure that we found the car we wanted with exactly the features we were looking for at the price point we were expecting. He also did an exceptional job on following up on our process of having an added feature (remote start) ordered and added to the vehicle. I can also say the everyone at this dealership displayed the same integrity and customer service level regarding every step of the process. From Nicole in finance, to the parts manager and the service manager...all of these people were incredibly helpful, friendly and extremely efficient at their jobs. Even the other sales people in the showroom were friendly and personable; always asking if they could get you a bottle of water or if they could page anyone for you. This kind of service is almost nonexistent in this country today. Due to all of these factors and all of these exceptional individuals, I can say that they have earned the opportunity to win our business on any future automotive purchases that we will make before anyone else. We will always shop at this dealership before any other dealership in the area. I'm also certain that if they continue to conduct business in this manner that we will purchase more cars and trucks form them in the years to come. If this is their every day standard, then I see no reason to do business with any other dealership. Thank you for showing us that somewhere in this country real customer service still exists. We are very happy with our new Durango and extremely pleased with the entire experience.

    On Dec 24, 2014 I went in looking to trade in a vehicle and my sales person Amairy Alvarez did a excellent job in selling a car the process was a little long but I walked out of there in a brand new vehicle. Thanks to the Don Davis group but most of all thank you Amairy & Abraham in new cars (The manager)..

    Syed had everything ready for me when I arrived and showed me a pre owned Jeep Wrangler which I had inquired about. When I told him it didn't have the options I was looking for, he was able to locate me a new one that I liked. He made sure that I was treated right and given a good price for my trade in as well as the new Wrangler. This is twice this year that Syed and Don Davis have taken good care of me and got me a good deal on the vehicle I wanted and I highly recommend buying your next car from them!

    Wanting to praise my sales associate Alex Ward. He was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. He definitely knows the Dodge, Chrysler Jeep products. He was very patient and kind and walked me front to back and inside and out of the two cars I test drove. Once I picked the car I wanted he personally made sure that I was comfortable with my selection and went over all the cars gadgets (it has alot and it's so much fun!!!) I also want to thank Eddie Elqutob who is the Sales Manager. He was a pleasure to work with. He won't waste your time and he's a pro at what he does. :)

    I just want to thank Mr. Marc Prestwood for the amazing service on my newly purchased used Jeep Cherokee. Don Davis offered new tires & brakes to be put on my car. I was so happily surprised when Mr. Prestwood & the service team went above & beyond to just doing that. I got new wipers, oil change, inspection & even a new privacy cover for my back... There was a lot more & a complete inspection. I drove off this evening even more proud & secure about my relationship with Don Davis Auto Group. Thank you for everything you & your team did for me.

    Easiest

    This was the easiest experience at a dealership in my 15+ years of buying/leasing vehicles. As I read a couple of reviews I could have just copied them verbatim. It took some time to complete the process, as it always does, but I didn’t feel any pressure. And I was ready to buy a vehicle that day after all of the online researching I had already done. Charlie was going to make sure he did everything he could to find a vehicle for me. We looked at a vehicle at this location but it wasn’t right for me. Then we drove to another Don Davis location just minutes away to find something I liked, which was ultimately the vehicle I purchased. The finance department worked hard to find the right deal for me as well. Although there was negotiation to be done, this just didn’t feel like any of my past experiences. Go see Charlie and Ceasar and get the vehicle and deal you want!

    A great first time buying experience

    This was my first new car buying experience and the other 3 dealerships made me feel rushed and confused. As soon as I walked into Don Davis I was welcomed by DK and he stayed with me through the entire process. Everyone was extremely patient and kind.
