    I will say in my 30 years experience of buying cars this dealership has given me the worst service in attempting to purchase a new Jeep. They have given me the run around and lied about a vehicle for 4 days!

    Amazing experience! Syed is the best!

    Never set foot on the dealership. Found the car on Cars.com, emailed the dealership, said I wanted to purchase the car. They made me an offer on my trade over the phone and Syed had my new car delivered to my house in Austin and picked up my trade. All happened over the phone within two days. What pros! I highly recommend Syed and his team at Don Davis!

    I was looking for something specific; a Wrangler. The vehicle I was trading was a 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk and wanted something more capable for offroading. The answer would have been a Rubicon but given the available dealer stock it was made clear I couldn't afford one - I should have walked away. I ended up paying more than what a stock Rubi + auto transmission would have cost for a tricked out wrangler Unlimited Willys. Yes I know, at the end of the day I signed but I should have walked away. Once he'd got the signature, the saleperson didn't want to hear my concerns. It would have been a pain to back pedal but now I'm stuck with a VERY expensive mistake. One thing I should have been conscious of - the sales person had 'limited' knowledge of the Wrangler - I probably should have requested someone more knowledgeable or just walked away before getting in too deep. I guess I cannot blame the sales person - they have one objective; to sell. Anyway we'll see if this review even gets posted.

    Dont Buy Here

    Bought a used 2015 Charger RT 7500 miles. Car is white. It was a cloudy day. I asked the salesman "Cody" IF THERE WERE ANY DENTS? He said "Not to my knowledge". Got up on day 2 and the car is covered in pea size hail dent on most panels. They took it back and rub some out but, made a lot worse by puckering the metal outwards. Front valiance was also caved in (found this later). They replaced the missing part on the valiance with 6 different fasteners vs. replacing the whole unit correctly. Looked terrible. I bought the new part online for 170.00 as they would not replace properly and installed myself. Don Davis said I could drop the car off again to have the dents accessed "again". No! They make the process hard and make you feel bad for asking and then do poor work! I will trade out of this car soon and NEV ER return to Don Davis. What a shame. I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER. Buyer BEWARE!!!

    Great experience

    I contacted Don Davis via email and explained I only wanted a Charger and was interested in one they had in the lot. I test drove tha car and proceeded with credit app. Amairy came back and explained that because I was upside down on my trade in that she recommended that I look into purchasing a new car. I was hesitant and thinking she just wanted to upsell and get the bigger sale. After I contacted by daughters boyfriend, whom worked for them and he told me that she was indeed truthful, I decided to go for the new car and was approved with a great interest rate. Amairy is very friendly and knowledgeable. We talked girl talk as I waited for my appraisal to be complete and made me feel welcome. Nicole from the Finance department was also very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Both of them made, what could have been a stressful experience, bearable and stress-free. Thank you Amairy and Nicole.

    Well I decided to trade in my Nissan in.. My experience gets better just like my cars .. Adam is Awesome he takes care of me from the minute I walk in there until I walk out .. It's nothing like walking in a dealership and knowing they will take care of you .. Rudy was great when he start loosing it. Ni'Cole was awesome in finance . I will always buy my cars from DON DAVIS they are my family.. Fyi: Don Davis guys wears nice ties and shirts all the time .. I vote Adam as having the best ties...

    This is my second purchase with Don Davis! I'm honestly amazed...! Admittedly, it takes a SPECIAL breed to deal with me [but] my Sales PROFESSIONAL was BEYOND PHENOMENAL!!!! His name is JASON NORRIS! He exudes a level of PROFESSIONALISM, THOROUGHNESS, PATIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, HONESTY, SINCERITY, UNDERSTANDING & MUCH MORE!!! He is not the typical volume "wheeler-dealer", as my Mom would say...! He genuinely shows that He cares & wants the best for EVERYONE!!! I had some time to speak with Him, during the short wait for Financing and, personally, He beams a level of peace & an energy that the Spirit can easily discern as AUTHENTIC!!! The process was seamless & timely! I tend to stress easily, especially while dealing with my illness... [but] Jason was far beyond accommodating! I literally actually felt BETTER, while I was there! He was REALLY a BLESSING. I applaud the management team there also. Adam is a really good guy and I like that they value RELATIONSHIP!!! I'm a business owner [so] I definitely appreciate it when others understand that a satisfied AND supported client will not only return [but] they/we will refer plenty of others to that business...! In these times when many businesses do not value continuity, honesty, respect & excellence, it is refreshing & reassuring to know that I can send my Loved Ones to someone who will take CARE of them!     Good Used Car Buying Experience

    About the only complaint was that the car came with only one key and had no remote or headphones for the dvd player. The salesman was very friendly. The negotiations were not dragged out. Buying used cars can be a pain, but this wasn't a bad experience.

    When I found the vehicle I wanted I called to ensure it was on the lot. When I was told it was there I drove 25miles to see it, trade title in hand... I was going to buy it. The didn't know where the vehicle was when I got there. 35 minutes later they tell me they sold it. their add remained active for a week after. I stopped looking anyway as I bought elsewhere. I'll never go there again

    I will say off the bat that I didn't purchase because even though I could afforded the 75th Anniversary Jeep, I am in the process of wanting to buy a house and my debt to income ratio would be out of wack, so I backed down. Now thats out of the way, Chad and Joshua were very professional, nice, not condescending at all. They knew all the stuff about Jeep Wranglers. They went above and beyond to help me. It kills me that I did not buy today but they did not get mad at me because I didn't buy. They understood. When I am ready to buy (really ready to buy), I WILL return to Don Davis. I hope they have great selection of Jeep Wranglers when I shop again. I will buy a new Jeep in the near future. I am very very satisfied. Now back to driving my beatup truck, but thats ok, I see a house and a new jeep in my near future. Lastly, I shopped other Jeep dealerships in the area, I didn't feel comfortable with either selection or the salesman's knowledge of Jeep Wrangler (I knew more than the salesmen). I returned back to Don Davis because I felt more comfortable shopping with them.
