    I went to Don Davis dealership sceptical. The sales rep I meet with was Mr Randell Mims. He was polite and professional and was honest. He listened to what I was looking for and matched it exactly. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. The financial rep was Mrs. Nicole was fast and efficient. I told her what I wanted my payments to be and she was spot on. The whole process was easy and stress free. I'd advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit these 2 individuals.

    Bait and Switch...

    after confirming online in advance and no less than 4 follow up emails to view a specific vehicle, it was sold the night before and apparently it did not occur to anyone at the dealership to provide me with that simple courtesy notice before I made my 50 mile round trip. They tried showing me other vehicles of course... And while they have a right to sell their vehicles to whomever they want, whenever they want, they are dead wrong if they believe that I'd ever be a customer after that kind of treatment. Like trust wasn't already an issue with anyone buying a car at a dealership...pathetic.

    This is a Great place to buy a new or used car or truck I looked at six dealerships before stopping in at Don Davis I found the prefect truck for me and it had everything that I was looking for in a truck The staff was great from the salesman D Bell to the manager to the financial person Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff What all truck or car buying should be like

    Selling cars without disclosing full history

    Don Davis CDJR sold me a vehicle and failed to disclose that it had an accident with airbag deployment. They showed me a shoddy vehicle history report that did not have this on there. I later found out about the accident through an actual Carfax report. I asked what could be done to make this right, and they didn't even try. Not so much as an apology. I ended up buying a new Jeep at another dealership in Arlington, and they did more to earn my business than Don Davis did. The pre-owned department is selling auction vehicles with sketchy histories, no different than a shady used car dealer. I hope this helps the next person to not get the raw deal that I did. I'm still in disbelief that a business could do this to a customer, so much so that I've notified Fiat-Chrysler and the BBB which I normally wouldn't do, but this goes beyond anything I've seen a business do to a customer. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. ****Update: I did receive a message from Eric Timani, General Manager at Don Davis. He did verify that I was NOT shown a Carfax on the truck since it would have shown me the airbag deployment accident. I was instead given an AutoCheck report that was not as detailed about the truck's history.****

    Don Davis does not do thorough inspection prior to selling their used cars. I purchased a Mercedes GL550. 30 days later, A/C goes out ($4000), Front AirStrut is bad ($1200), Rear Airbag Suspension is bad ($1000), had to perform service on it after 2600 miles (supposed to be 10k) ($466). After making MANY complaints, they tried to get me to trade it in at a loss. All I get is the run around with their used car department. Manager constantly passes blame instead of taking any responsibility. Buyer Beware!

    Praise to Mr. Chris Nyakundi... Great service from both sales representatives that I worked with prior to the purchase of my new 2015 Sienna Limited Sport. The sales reps were willing to make a great offer on the price on the car...would recommend this dealership to all looking for a new or used car , I would like to say that my buying experience at Texas Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep was probably one of the best I have ever had. Everyone there from the sales staff, Sayied the GM, Chris the sale man and miss. Nicole in finance were great! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. They took their time explaining, there were no tricks in the paperwork, I was given exactly what we had talked about.This was the best experience I have had from any dealership. I highly recommend Don Davis Auto group. Mr. Chris, I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the Sienna van I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to trading an old vehicle, and it's all thanks to you.     Called ahead to check availability and was told that the car was available. Drove 45 minutes and was told that it had just sold an hour ago. That was last Sat 6/17. I am writing this review 4 days later on 6/21. The car ad is still up on their website and cars.com.
