    I had a great experience purchasing a used car from DMV Auto Group! Sam and Rashid, and the whole staff were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process! Also kudos to the staff member (sorry, don't remember name) who showed me how to raise and lower the back seats in my newly-purchased SUV multiple times!) I have always purchased used cars, and I would say that this was the best experience I have ever had. The car I was interested in was in fabulous condition! The staff gave me plenty of time to test drive and inspect the car, absolutely no pressure. I was also allowed to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection to my regular repair shop, and they found NOTHING wrong with the car! I can say that this has never happened before in my car-buying experience! Obviously, DMV had taken the time and expertise to put the car in excellent shape before putting it on the market. Also note that as a single female purchasing a car, I was treated with absolute respect and professionalism throughout the transaction. I absolutely love my "new" used car, and several people have remarked that it looks brand new, even though it is a 2012! I highly recommend DMV Auto Group to anyone looking for a high-quality used car!

    Please be careful

    The buying process seems easy. Please be careful with this online site. I've tried to call three different numbers and none actually connect. I tried to ask questions on the online chat and received extremely rude responses. I originally found the vehicle on an online listing on craigslist, and was then directed to this group. The information between the two postings is not even close to the same, and was told it was because it was a robot posting. THE INFO DOES NOT ADD UP.

    Buying a car long distance is always a risk. Especially when buying an older car. I had been looking for a Volvo convertible with a manual transmission for months. DMV had what looked to be a clean 11 year old vehicle. I started a phone conversation with Rashid. He responded to all questions, sent more photographs and was as helpful as I could ask. The car was just as advertised. The fear of booking a flight to DC just to find out the car was a disappointment was put to bed upon arrival. We looked at the car, went for a test drive, some paperwork and I was on my way. I can easily recommend Rashid and DMV.

    Tried to buy a car , got lied to , and excuses

    I tried to buy a car from these guys, but they have very poor customer service skills. I tried to buy a LanRover from them and I wanted to see if I could get financed. After two days they wouldn’t even run my credit. I waited and waited and still nothing. After calling them more than five times, I got all kinds of excuses and lies that they were going to run it. And they never did. I kept asking if the vehicle was available they said yes? So my question is why didn’t they want to sell the car to me. Very poor customer service! If you try to do an application online you’ll never get feedback. If this is how they treat new customers who are coming an 4 hours out of their way to buy a vehicle there while the net should tell you how they do business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING A VEHICLE HERE!!!

    I'm a nervous consumer -- my wife and I are starting a new family and wanted to invest in a nice, sturdy SUV that would last many, many years and be comfortable for our growing family. That meant I was looking for something pricier, and I wanted to choose well. I settled on a particular make and model and found it with low mileage and a good price at DMV Auto Group. That's when I called Sam and Rashid. They were communicative, friendly and even to a nervous skeptic like me -- I found them to be very trustworthy. As we entered the purchase process, I had an independent mechanic of my choice look at the car. They called me and found a few minor blemishes, but Sam took care of those right away for me at no cost at all. Even after I've paid for the vehicle, Sam continued to help me. He let me leave my old vehicle on his lot for a short time, connected me with a trusted mechanic in the area and helped me navigate car insurance companies. Clearly, Sam and Rashid aren't just in the business to make a profit -- I found they find personal satisfaction in helping their customers. I will be recommending DMV Auto Group to my friends in the area.

    I think this very bad dealer I bought a car from them when I test drove and they told me the problem in the wheel was the front in alignment come to find out after I bought the car it was the struts and they didn’t want nothing to do with helping fix the vehicle told me I’m on my own and that’s what I get for buying a car ,and the car was over priced by a few thousand !!!Steer clear of this ,one Sam is a hoax with a smile
