    Very good sales experience

    I found a used 2013 Mazda Miata at this dealership, which is a three-hour drive away from me. I wanted to verify the car had the right options before I made the drive and they sent me pictures to verify everything. Very efficient. Drove down there and negotiated a deal rather quickly at a great price. I liked that there was no dealer fee, too. They also took care of some cosmetic things the car needed and agreed to transport the car to a mechanic so I could get the car checked out. Very pleased with the car and the sales experience.

    Poor experience

    Not happy with service at this dealership.. Have a 2017 Enclave which was engineered for a quiet ride.. Have very distinct wind noise coming from both front side windows but especially the passenger side.. Have had service manager drive it twice who denies hearing the noise.. Also have a rattle in passenger door which also was acknowledged but failed to find or repair. This is the 2nd Enclave (first one was very quiet and purchased from this dealership).. Also will be my last one especially from this dealership... Tim Shaw

    Not this time, but last time when I visited the dealership and I was told to replace the battery, I was surprised. But gave benefit of doubt and spent $180 for the battery. This time, I was told that our diagnostic says that you have a short circuit in the coil (cylinder #2) and the oil has gone in the cylinder. So we will have to replace the coil, block the leakage by replacing tube and replace a new gasket on the cylinder. It will cost you around $1030 I was amazed. I did not get the repair done and took it to another garage. I was charged $111 for the diagnostic procedure. I took my car to another garage. They changed the coil and told me there was no leakage or anything in the cylinder and no need of even changing the spark plug or blocking oil leakage or replacing a new gasket on the cylinder. I was charged $250 for coil and $50 for coil installment plus tax. That's all. I do not think, I would like to visit again anymore.

    Don't believe everything you see on TV

    On June 9 we purchased a 2017 Buick Encore which had to be obtained from another dealership. The following week we had an appointment to pick up the car and had to wait ½ hour for the financial person to help us. When we were about to remit our funds, the salesman Dave Hill, who had been too busy to show us the workings of the car, came running in to get our check. Then, we were handed off to Henry, who asked us whether Dave showed us how to use the car’s features. We replied that we hadn’t be instructed on the workings of the car, On Star, satellite radio, or anything else for that matter. When we got outside, we noticed that the car was not pinstriped and the interior was filthy. Henry called the pinstriper, but he was not on site. Therefore, we had to return the next day to get the car pinstriped and cleaned. The next day, we saw Dave and told him that we were very unhappy about the way we were treated. He sold the car at top dollar, got his money, and that was it. We paid cash; we got no discount, and got a lousy trade on our car. In addition, we purchased the extended warranty, which we also paid for in cash. We made the mistake of believing that we would be extended some courtesy. We have purchased MANY cars in our lifetimes….from Cadillacs to Fiats and we were never treated the way we were treated by DIXIE. If we had purchased a Ford, my husband, who is a disabled veteran, would have received a discount. Dave tried making excuses for all the inconvenience, but we said frankly, there is no excuse—and he agreed. We were promised that the car would be ready, but he was too busy trying to sell a car to someone else (since he had our money, we can only assume that they were more important), and the car was delivered in poor condition. Someone suggested that we call the Buick Manager, Paul Hamm, which we did the following day. We left a message for him to call us back, and when he didn’t call we left a second message. A bit later, Dave called us at the direction of Mr. Hamm, who was too busy to call himself. Dave knew what we wanted to discuss, so talking to him again was useless. I suggested that DIXIE could try in some way to compensate for this poor treatment, and he promised that he would talk to the manager and call me back. That was over a week ago. I haven’t heard a word nor do I expect to. Frankly, this car might be the best car ever made, but the dealership has left us with a very bad impression of the way BUICK…more specifically DIXIE… does business.

    2015 cadillac srx, scratched and dented and areas of rust. Salesman stated he was not aware of the extensive damage and veh would probably go to auction. Still on lot at full price. No wonder car dealers have such a bad reputation. HOW DISHONEST - BUYER BEWARE!

    Excellent Experience shopping for used LaCrosse

    I inquired to Cars.com about a 2008 LaCrosse and reached Jason in Internet Sales at Dixie Buick. He went above and beyond the call of duty to work out a fair deal for me, as I live a 2 hr drive from the dealership. Unexpected circumstances prevented me from buying the car, but through no fault of Jason OR Dixie Buick. I am open to shopping there again, should the need arise.

    We did not buy a car here but dealt Dan on the possible purchase of a used Denali or Yukon. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We purchased another car elsewhere that fit better for our family. Thanks to him not pushing us into a sale we got the exact car we wanted. Dixie will be the first place we go to on the next vehicle purchase.

    Outstanding Service

    I purchase my 2011 Buick Enclave out of state but took it into Dixie Buick to have it serviced. It was the best service experience that I have ever had. I've been to other Lexus and Mercedes dealerships that set the bar high, but Dixie easily exceeded them. My Advisor, Torey, was very helpful and insightful. You could tell he had the knowledge and experience to match his exceptional customer service. I really can't say enough good things other than I would give them another star if I could (6 Stars). Thank you so much for such a great experience and I will definitely be back!
