    I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and the best dealership I have bought from is Dixie Buick. Every on if the people there are great especially my salesman. I have worked with him three times now and as long as he is there he will always be my salesman.

    STAY AWAY!!

    This dealership advertised a truck on their website. We immediately went to their location to inquire. When we arrived we were advised the truck wasn’t there. The salesman made a phone call and said according to his boss the truck was out getting new tires. We left our name and phone number and asked that we be contacted as soon as it is available and we are very interested. We were told it should be a few hours. Waited ALL DAY and never received a call back. The following day they were closed for a holiday. Once they reopened I emailed and asked what was going on with that truck. I advised we had stopped by the other day and were told we would receive a call back. The woman checked on the truck and told us that due to the holiday they were backed up and the truck would probably not be ready until Monday. She assured me that she was in contact with all her managers and they were aware I was interested. The weekend passed and Monday came. I waited for a call or email from them I even sent ANOTHER email to them! No response!! I happen to work close by so on my way home I drove by AND GUESS WHAT parked in their lot was the truck I had inquired about for almost 1 WEEK! No one called me or emailed me to say it was ready. But ok I’m here now, so I walked around the truck several times. I even took a video and sent it to my husband to show him it was actually on the lot FOR SALE! No one greeted me. It was obvious I was interested in this truck. I made eye contact with several employees and not one EVEN acknowledged me so after 10minutes or so I went home. I immediately began the chat on their website and stated how I’ve been trying to look at this truck and no one is interested in helping me. I received a phone call within 5 minutes from a very nice lady that advised me they were very sorry and aware of the fact that I was interested. She advised they were closing in about 15 minutes but she would make me an appointment for me to come test drive the truck tomorrow. I agreed and was given an appointment time for 9:15 AM. That morning I received an email from them at 9:05 confirming my appointment for 9:15. I pulled into the dealership very excited to test drive and hopefully purchase this vehicle. I noticed the truck was not parked where it was when I had driven by earlier. My thought was they had it pulled around for me to test drive so I walked into the dealership and approached the receptionist. I gave her my name and said I was there for my 9:15 appointment. She got up and walked away returning to tell me someone would be right with me. A few moments later a gentleman approached me. He introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I gave him the rundown of the vehicle and said I have a 9:15 to test drive it. He looked at me and said, “oh sorry, we just sold that truck a couple minutes ago.” WAIT, WHAT!? Sold. NO! I have an appointment!! Sorry he told me and walked away! I was shocked and basically left standing in the showroom in misbelief! I left and called to speak with the manager. He blew me off and didn’t even say sorry for the miscommunication! I called again and asked for the general manager. Several hours later he returned my call. I asked if he knew what had transpired earlier and his snide response was that I was upset because the vehicle I wanted was sold. I explained the whole situation. He waited for me to finish and when I asked if there was anything he could do about this his response was, No. I was scheduled an appointment to see a specific truck! I am a grown adult that understands the difference between scheduled appointment and first come, first serve. Our phone call ended and not even a simple , I’m sorry for the miscommunication was offered! It was very obvious that he could care less about me as a customer. And that is fine as I’ll never be one of them!

    Same old crap

    I've been looking for a car for a little while. They have called told me they had these great deals told him I would stop by when I could. Get a call once to twice a week no problem with that but what happened next is my issue. Got a phone call they told me they had some vehicles and new inventory I told him what I was looking for they said yes they had a couple. I said okay I would leave work and come in to see. I get there they had nothing that they said they did when I went to speak with someone about it they wouldn't come back downstairs. So they wasted my time had me leave work to blow smoke up where the sun don't shine. Same old car salesman nothing new. Trick you into coming in and have nothing for you basically to upsell you I'm guessing.

    Sweet ride

    I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way

    I had an emergency repair needed on my GMC Sierra 2500D tow vehicle. Took it into Dixie, had immediate analysis and recommendation. They kept the GMC overnight to order parts and gave me a loaner in the interim. They repaired it the next day (before a holiday weekend) and had me on my way. I can't say enough good about Dixie. The went "above and behold".

    Very good sales experience

    I found a used 2013 Mazda Miata at this dealership, which is a three-hour drive away from me. I wanted to verify the car had the right options before I made the drive and they sent me pictures to verify everything. Very efficient. Drove down there and negotiated a deal rather quickly at a great price. I liked that there was no dealer fee, too. They also took care of some cosmetic things the car needed and agreed to transport the car to a mechanic so I could get the car checked out. Very pleased with the car and the sales experience.
