    Very good buying experience, but no follow-up

    I had an appointment with Jake Wolf to see a car back in August. Let him know I would be coming up from MKE and that the car they had on lot was out of my price range, but that I wanted to drive the year model anyway. He agreed. I got there only an hour before closing on a Sunday. Took the car out, he didn't seem exponentially more knowledgeable than me about the hybrid model (I don't think it's Sheboygan's bread and butter) but he was helpful in getting the information for me. I left the building, and a little later the sales manager Rob found me by the car. Rob was wonderful to work with and we made a deal that made us both happy. I offered to come back the next day to finish the transaction since I knew they were closing. My buying experience the next day went smooth. Rob was great to work with as a first-time buyer, who was anxious, cautious, calculating, and a little bit out-of-my-league as a young female in a dealership. The only reason I didn't rate this at a 5 is because of the level of fuel when I left the dealership with the vehicle, and the follow-up since. I was a little jittery that day and didn't check the fuel gauge until about 3 mi down the highway back to MKE. I didn't know how to go back and demand that the tank be filled. I followed up in an email to Rob saying that I had expected a full tank. Rob assured me that a full tank is standard with pre-owned vehicles and that he would send me a gift card to Kwik trip if I wanted. I responded to his email several times. I also called the dealership several times. One time, I got a hold of him and he explained that the person who handled customer appeasement had been out of the office, but that he was going to get me the gift card himself. Haven't received anything and he hasn't returned my calls.

    Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations. The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.

    What a great experience! Jeff is one of the best sales people I have come in contact with in my 60 years. I always felt comfortable during the process and never felt pressured. His knowledge and people skills were phenomenal. I even received a personal visit from Rick while I was there showing that they care all the way to the top. You will not go wrong to deal with this great company.

    I drove two hours to this dealership for a car ive been searching for that they had in stock. I had the sales person Jeff Close in the used car department, he was awesome!!! He had the car pulled up waiting at the front for me. I liked it and after the test drive I told him ill take it. Jeff was very helpfull and if you asked ihim something and he wasnt sure he made sure to find out. He prepped the car for me and filled the tank with gas. Jeff made this care buying experiance a blast so if you go here to buy a car please ask for Jeff, you wont be dissapointed.

    Amazing to work with!

    Tessa and Travis have been extremely helpful and I appreciate all the time they have spent with me. They insured I got everything I wanted and was extremely happy buying my New Kia Niro from Tessa. She is very nice and patient and knows what she is doing! Travis explained everything further into depth on the few things I did not fully understand! I will be back without hesitating the next time I need a car!

    Very poor service for sales

    I went to test drive a jeep, I had an appointment and when I arrived the jeep was still in the snow bank and the salesman was not on the floor. Once they brought the jeep up it was obvious the salesman (who I had made the appointment with) had no idea about the jeep. During the test drive I found some major things that were missed in the safety check, after I bought it back I told the salesman about them and he said he would have the technicians check into it in the morning and get back to me. The following day he text me about the parking brakes but when I asked about the tierod ends he didn't know and he would get back to me. Needless to say he never got back to me and therefore lost the sale and any future business from me or my family and earned this poor review.
