    The salesman was rude, and one of the worst people I have dealt with in my life, they wasted 3 hours of our time. I asked for the price out the door, and I was told what difference does it make. I mean, this place is an utter joke; listed prices are not correct, and when I ask why they said we post prices online, but things happen. Rude, disrespectful, and a real xxxxxxx.

    Killer experience!

    This place knows how to do it right!!! Sales - Erik Berrios Finance - Mike Murietta Excellent negotiating/buying experience. Erik was professional and knowledgeable and most importantly DID NOT play any games. While shopping these last couple weeks I've met some good guys and the stereo type car sales guys, Erik was not just one of the good guys he was/is an EXCELLENT guy. Thanks! Once final price of vehicle was established the next stop was finance with Mike Murietta (I already had my finance lined up with my CU) I thought ok, now here's where all the high pressure up selling is going to happen, was expecting a barrage of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) tactics to up sell the dealership's product. I was shown what the dealership was selling, I said no thanks once and that was it. ZERO pressure. I gave Mike my CU finance numbers and he said I can save you $4k in interest and a year less of payments if you go through Honda, which is exactly what I did. It added maybe 2min to the whole process but saved me a ton!! Finally, DO NOT SKIP the tour!!! You get to see where everything is and meet/greet the people in the department! Thanks James Gardiner - Service Advisor, Kristi Croy - Collision Center and the Accessory Guy - Sorry didn't grab your card HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Terrible Communication!

    I attempted to purchase a Beetle convertible long distance. Sales person said manager would call me with finance details. Manager NEVER called, not even after I attempted to reach manager and his receptionist told me he would call within 10 minutes. Manager still did not call. Loved the car I wanted to buy but Diamond Valley Honda lost a potential customer because they DO NOT COMMUNICATE with potential customers.

    THIS DEALERSHIP DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF OPTIONAL

    Came in to looked at a used car that they have but unfortunately we did not agreed to the price that we want. The next day I counter offered them the asking price that they want plus an additional $900 plus of optional product (anti-theft device) that they put on the car. I told them that since it is an optional aftermarket product, I don't want it because I can get that in a fraction of the cost. The sales manager Omar told me that he will not take out the anti-theft device even though I stressed it to him that it was optional. Here's the meaning of Optional according to Webster, "Optional - available to be chosen but not obligatory." Think about that!

    Wrong model car sold to me

    We went in to the dealership with the intent to purchase a hybrid vehicle as my husband commutes putting an average of 750-1000 miles a week on vehicles. We spoke with the salesman multiple times about the vehicle we were looking for noting it being hybrid. When we went on the test drive he asked us if we wanted to go somewhere to see how well the car accelerated and my husband agreed that would be a good idea to see how well the hybrid version accelerated. When we returned and went into finance the finance manager went into great detail about how we should purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle to make sure we cover the "electronic hybrid system" making note of the mileage my husband puts on vehicles and the wear and tear on that type of system. He even went as far as to discuss how much less oil a hybrid vehicle takes because my husband asked if the warranty would require oil changes to be done at the dealership. So his response was yes but that it would cost less to do because it requires less oil in a hybrid vehicle. Anyways you get the point ....we were leaving with a hybrid car right? Wrong. We got home and as soon as my husband opened the trunk he about fell over. The trunk of the car we were buying should have been smaller because of the batteries that live in that area on the hybrid vehicles. We immediately reached out to the salesman who said he would contact us as soon as the dealership opened and he talked with management. I recalled the numerous times we discussed the car being a hybrid and it was determined that the confusion happened because the car has "ecoboost" technology. After a lot of back and forth it was determined they could only take the car back to trade out for another vehicle. The problem is they don't have another comparable vehicle at the price point we were at we would have to increase the amount financed to get something else. So at the end of the day we are out the extended warranty to cover the non existent hybrid system and the gas mileage (the car we got is rated 23 city/34 hwy, what we were supposed to get was rated 43 city/ 41 hwy). Plus another dealership has the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted for a sticker price of 2k less than this one. The only reason we went to Diamond Valley is because we had purchased with them before and thought they were safe. While we should have looked closer before leaving the lot it is crazy to me that despite repeatedly saying we were looking for a hybrid not one person said this isn't it. We will never shop with them again which is unfortunate because we had already begun discussions on trading in another vehicle with them in the next couple months.

    Very happy and satisfied with this dealership. I did all of my dealings over the phone and they were able to agree on the price that I wanted for the vehicle. All I had to do was come in and sign a few papers and I was in and out very fast.

    You decide if this is right. I bought a 2019 Jeep and the dealer only gave me one set of keys. This was after I signed all the docs etc. Nice move huh. I have never heard of a dealer only giving one set of keys. Cheap and unethical.

    Beware of all the " Add Ons" not shown on the sale price, Security system at $975, An appearance protection package ( mud guards, plastic striping, Wheel locks ) Also priced around $975, Way overpriced unnecessary money makers.
