    Listing cars as Higher trim models than they actually are. Requested photos which were very shotty. Customers shouldn’t have to tell dealerships what the correct trim is on a car. Waste of time

    I bought my 2021 Kia Seltos from Destination Kia...this is my second Kia from this dealership. My salesman Josh Rousseau was very professional and made my lease deal hassle free! The Kia team really worked hard to make sure I was pleased with my lease. I love my Seltos and already have heads turning to check it out! I would not hesitate to recommend Josh at destination Kia to all my friends and family…one friend came in to test drive and another one is coming in!!!

    Customer service was fantastic. Oil change job was incomplete. Tire pressure was not checked. I did not notice until I arrived home. On invoice it stated it was completed. Immediately contacted Destination Kia leaving a message with my cell number. One week later still haven't received a call back.

    less than an hour to pick the car, 6 hours to drive a car off the lot, only to find after signing on the dotted line, that was always standard, was now optional - and not on the car I just purchased

    This was our first time shopping at destination Kia. We have been watching your commercial for quite some time. I can't comment on your service department yet because we just purchased our new vehicle today. However, if it is anything like our experience with your sales and leasing department, we are sure we are going to be well pleased. Our Sales Rep. Mel Farilien was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. (and we had many questions) We only stopped in to look and ended up buying. We also found the leasing manager Micheal Bryan not only very polite and knowledgeable but extremely patient and helpful.

    Very nice people, but screw up a lot

    I left them a pretty good review a year ago, but then I had to comeback this year 3 times to fix the water in the tail light issue and another defect. Well, after it rained, the water still got there. Apparently, the tech did not tighten the bolts. Now I have to waste another half day for them to blow the tail light and tighten it. Another time I scheduled an appointment for a pretty serious safety recall, dropped off the car and when I picked up, I was told they ran out of parts, have to reschedule. How does that happen when you book an appointment for this specific reason? Oh, and the sales people...they think we still live in the 80's. Treat you like I can't look up information online to figure out how much a particular car would cost.
