    Service
by Nicholas Amoroso from Valatie, NY | October 30, 2020

I made an appointment over a week in advance, I was very stern about waiting, unfortunately your service department made us wait over 2 hours for an oil change, I find that completely unsatisfying, we will probably not come back, there is no excuse !!!!!

    Good people, but limited inventory
by SchoolScientist from Albany, NY | October 26, 2020

I went shopping for a sedan, and there was not a lot left on the lot. Some of this was due to Ford's choices, I guess. People were friendly, the young salesperson could learn a little more about his vehicles.

    Enjoying the Edge
by Elaine from Albany, NY | October 21, 2020

We haven't owned a Ford in quite a while but the Edge brought us back. The car has a quiet and comfortable ride along with decent gas mileage and acceleration.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had
by Frank from Albany, NY | September 23, 2020

Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Business manager was rushing the entire process, didn’t even introduce himself, was extremely rude. Priced the car way over KBB value.

    horrible service story. money trap
by osman bulut from Albany, Ny | September 18, 2020

It was incredible garbage. The charged me $150 for diagnose and did nothing. Exactly nothing. And made me 3 hours wait. (Even if they say 1-1.5) And they wanted another 500 dollars to continue diagnose! Could u believe it? And so many incredible things... Okay here is my horrible story detailedly. I'm going to post this review from all my different accounts to all places on the web until get a full refund and a proper apologize! On September 9, at 10 am I was in this place to fix my car. I had made this appointment 10 days before. It was closest day. I have Focus 2014 SE and check engine light on. I had a coder device and ALREADY checked the code. It was P0171. System Too Lean Bank 1. This was my main concern. So what these guys made : 1-First of all, they do not let you talk to the repairman. You say your complaints to a "messenger" guy! He writes what you say on a computer while you are talking. And send that text report to the repairman. He also doesnt talk to the repairman. And when the repairman wants to say something, this time he writes a report to the messenger guy. He reads that and talks to you. (By the way, the distance between the repair place and front office is max 60-70 feet.) That's xxxxxxxx because my messenger guy has nothing to do with mechanic! He wrote everything wrongly. (I learned this later when I see the report paper) I had said the main issue that I need to fix it is, check engine light (P0171) problem. He wrote almost nothing about it. I had said the shuddering does not happen while transmission shift, but while acceleration in the first gear. He wrote "while transmission shift" I had said "the car can't start on without step on the gas if I MAKE FULL TANK at a gas station", he wrote "the car can't start on without step on the gas". I had said "I hear a little sound AT THE SPECIFIC MOMENT IN THE FIRST GEAR" he wrote "there is a sound coming from transmission" And he didn't write anything else that I said. I had said, I cleaned the mass airflow sensor and throttle body(these are important steps for P0171 error), and I had said "I already check the error code and it is P0171), and I had said, "I changed the spark plugs". So I couldnt contact to repairman properly and the messenger guy between us have no idea about car mechanic and did write everything wrongly. He even wrote my mileage wrongly. It was 100k. He wrote 200k (I have a pic of this) 2-And most important part is they took my 150 dollars for diagnose, and diagnosed nothing about my main problem. They pretended to found sth. They said the clutch must change (no relation with my check engine light code P0171) and they said they can change it for 2200 dollars charge :)) Incredible! And they said, "to diagnose the check engine light problem we need to work on 3 hours more and it is 500 dollars!" (So totally 4 hours for only diagnose) Guys no repairman on earth offers to work for FOUR HOURS to diagnose P0171. It’s impossible. It’s clear cheating and money trap. 3-Even if they had said, "the 150 dollars is the fee for 1 hour diagnose", they made me wait over there exactly 3 hours. It's not because they took care of my car for 3 hours. How do I know this? Because after 3 hours messenger guy came to me and said "we need to continue the diagnose for 3 more hours.(500 dollars charge)" I replied "I want to talk the repairman first". And he went to ask and came back and you know what he said to me? "He rejected to talk because he's taking care of 3 different cars right now" WHAT? What? Why? I made an appointment 10 days ago! Why my repairman takes care of 4 different car at the same time?(Be careful, My stuff was not done yet. And they already offered me to continue. So my car still in the process when they told me this) So that's why they made me wait 3 hours. Probably the repairman spent max 1 hour for my car when I'm waiting for 3 hours. Cheating... Dishonesty... Money trap... What a bad for u! stat away (this is osman bulut)
