    Walking into DePaula Mazda, I was greeted by a friendly salesman by the name of Marat Lozhkin. I was upfront & honest with him about not needing a new car but wanted to know what my options were. He suggested test driving a CX-5 Grand Touring just to see if it was something I would like. Of course I fell in love with it! Marat then worked with a gentleman by the name of Nick Cordi to help lay out what my monthly payments would be. This was my first time leasing so Marat & Nick wanted to make sure I fully understood & spent plenty of their time properly explaining all of my options. Both were understanding to the fact that I wanted to think about it first before making my decision. But before leaving, they gave me an offer I could NOT refuse. Marat then set me up with Sal Jensen who explained what my monthly payments were going to be, when the first payment was due & all of the wonderful packages DePaula offers. He made sure I fully understood what the packages covered. Once deciding what package suited my needs, Marat & Nick made sure I was completely happy & satisfied with the deal & went above and beyond to do so. I would highly recommend DePaula Mazda to anyone who is thinking about purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I promise you will leave with the best deal in town!     Recently purchased a new 2017 Mazda3 2.5 Touring here and Mike Haertel made it overall a pleasant experience. Getting the car in the color I wanted from another dealer did cause some delay beyond what was original anticipated but Mike made sure to keep me updated frequently throughout the process and made it evident he was doing everything he could to get it as soon as possible. Glad I chose to do business here and will continue to.

    Unfortunately, I went to this dealership first in my car buying adventure. The dealership is in dire need of remodeling. Parking for customers was very confusing. The sales person though friendly, could've been more knowledgeable about the vehicles. Additionally, when the sales manager came over to speak with me on my first visit, he said "no pressure, but what price could you do to make a deal." this was on my first visit and I was only browsing at the time. I did tell him that and walked away. The dealership did give me a quote for my trade, which later I found to be much much less than what I was given at another dealership.

    From start to finish, no high pressure but Marat was there to answer all my questions and provide alternatives, with pros and cons. Dealer was motivated to make a sale and after a short time they got a sale and I got a great car.

    I talked to Jay Newell as soon as I arrived. We spoke briefly on the phone the day before. Told him what I was looking for and the price range I could afford. Within an hour I was filling out paperwork with representative Troy Forrester. Both men were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, a best of all, concise. They were not pushy, or try to get me to buy something I didn't want. They listened to my wants and needs. Soon I was driving away in my new Ford Escape with my traded-in in my rear view mirror.     Disappointment at DePaula Ford

    I was a customer of Orange Ford for over 30 years. I purchased my company as well as personal vehicles from them. I attempted to schedule an appointment to have the oil changed in one of my trucks at the now DePaula Ford which turned out to be impossible. It was extremely hard to get any one on the phone and once I did they were more interested in making their plans for the 4th of July holiday than setting up my appointment. I finally hung up. I would think Carl Touhey is spinning in his grave
