    I didnt get the car. The dealer rep was misleading. Didnt have any gas in the car. So I could really test drive it and made it seem like the finance manager was someone else. It was him the car also needed more cosmetic repairs than expected that wasnt complete and the car wasnt even detailed and ready to go.

    Bought and shipped a Lexus ES 350 to my brother overseas. He loves it and now his friend wants another Lexus from Deluxe, but I can't find another with that price. Andy is the man to go to. He was very honest and straight forward. I will go back to them soon.

    Reached out via cars.com to inquire about a car listed. Sent out a second inquiry two days later. Got a response from someone asking about how to communicate. Via text email phone? Called this person back and whoever I spoke with refused to transfer me to her and just kept asking what I needed so I emailed her back letting her know I was trying to reach her. Received a response back asking if I had received the help I needed. This is now after 2 inquiries and several emails now asking if the car was even available? How is it that after that many attempts to find out if a car is still available that I cannot get an answer to this question? As if the only concern was to pass me around to whatever sales person could get me to purchase anything they could get me to buy. Don’t need this kind of hassle to get a simple yes or no answer as to whether a car is even available and to set up a time to test drive it. Unbelievable. I will ensure to pass on inquiring about anything from this dealership in the future.

    Lexus: Be careful remotes control License sticker

    just watch-out remotes for Lexus , I have to paid extra $100 more but remote is not the same one can star engine when you in side the car and license sticker I paid September 17 -2019 then renew on March-2020 Plus new license place

    I wouldn't say I have the best credit, but I dont have the worst. When I was looking for a new to ME yet used vehicle I came across Deluxe Auto Dealer when looking for a Pearl White Lexus that I wanted. The car was exactly what I wanted with the right milage and fit the pricing I was looking for. I was approved right away and it was a smooth ride home.

    Every time I send an inquiry or question, all I ever get is automated response but never a real person. All I ever wanted to find out was the out the door price but they never respond with the answer.
