    I had an electrical problem with the Instrument Panel and light functions. Brian Savino wrote up the paperwork and walked it through the diagnostic process. Within a half hour he reported that a cluster replacement was needed. He told me that it would be covered by my Extended Warranty and arranged for a loaner car for the five days it would take to complete the job. This type of prompt attention and a warm and personable concern for my problem and convenience keeps me as a loyal new car customer of the dealership. I have a 2006 La Crosse and it has never been serviced outside of Delray Buick, formally Sherwood Buick. Brian Savino is a fine representative of the company.

    Good place to do bussiness with. Lots of smiling faces. Starbucks coffe and donuts. Brian and mark got our car washed so we did not have to make a second stop.

    I drove 73 miles to Delray Buick GMC with the intention of purchasing a 2010 Buick LaCrosse. As soon as I arrived on the complex, I felt right at home. It all started with good advice from Internet Manager Thomas West, who assured me that though my credit history was short, he was sure I would leave Buick a happy person. Sales Manager JC Kent told me that he would get me into a newer car for smaller monthly payments. I was confused as to how that was possible, but after he showed it to me on paper, I ended up leasing a super, super cool brand new 2013 Buick LaCrosse. The amazing features, including On Star with navigation, makes this car so desirable. It rides like a dream!! JC and Dee patiently took the time out to show me the cool features of the car. They all made sure I was well hydrated with water and coffee :) The finance guy Majid is so personable. I give this dealership a 10/10 because their customer service is second to none. They made me feel like family, like they had known me for a long time. My initial concern was that I would travel that distance only to be disappointed, but as it turned out, the journey was well worth it. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Delray Buick GMC.

    Today my family purchased a vehicle at Delray Buick GMC. The vehicle we purchased is my daughter's first car. During the purchase, I had the opportunity to see what most car buyers don't get a chance to see in a dealership; Integrity. Today I saw the integrity of men who handled a matter with professionalism. Men who stepped up to the plate and did what was right. I want you to know that your actions today restored my faith. With all of the economic problems we face in our country, it is nice to know that there is a car dealership that puts the consumer first.     This dealership was amazing, they make you feel right at home. The overall experience as my first time ever purchasing a vehicle was great with John and Joseph. I would recommend anyone to come down to the Delray Buick GMC store at any time, any place, no matter how far away I am. Great Job and I will continue to come back for as long as I am living. They have great and reasonable prices for high quality cars.

    First let me say WOW!!. We were using another dealer closer to our home but were in delray one Saturday visiting friends so we figured we would get a oil change. We brought our Acadia in for service and was greeted by Brian. He was very personable and quickly got our car serviced. As we were leaving he thanked us for our bussiness and gave us his card and told us his cell phone was on there and to call "when ever we need anything day or night". We left not thinking twice about it until 3months later why we're on a trip to Orlando. About 8:00 pm on Friday the car starts to have trouble starting. Not sure what to do we call aaa only to find out we did not renew. So in a panic my wife calls the number on the card brian had given us. At this point it is well after 9:00 and the car will not start. Brian answers which was the first shock and the proceeds to find us a tow truck in our area while waiting for the tow truck he called to check on us and as we were talking we mentioned we had not found a hotel for the night, brian then puts us on hold when he comes back on the line he has numbers for two hotels close to us. Our car was towed to 24hour service center,fixed and we stayed at the hotel that brian had found for us! Talk about above and beyond. He now has a customer for life!

    Megan, did everything I asked for and more. She was very pleasant to work with and I never felt pressured to compromise my position in any way. She is a natural people person and therefore makes you feel very comfortable through the process. Given her limited experience at your dealership, I was extremely impress with her knowledge of the different models including all the complex technology. She never tried to bluff her way through any of my questions or concerns but instead found the right person to address them on her behalf.     Allan was great. I was looking for an SUV and he confidently explained all of the features in both the Enclave and the Acadia. When I decided on the Enclave, Alan helped me choose the color and options that work for my family. He then helped arrange the financing and the whole process was smooth. Once I got the car. Alan explained everything to me. He set me up with instant and helped me understand all of the features of the car. He even called me the next day to see how I liked the car. Great customer service and nice people...I would highly recommend Delray Buick GMC.

    John Villarreal, sales rep for the dealer, met our expectations, knew what we wanted and maintained focus on the car we were interested in. My only complaint is that during our visit, he was called away for a meeting with the manager, leaving us 2 choices: Either we can wait 30 minutes while his meeting is taking place, or he could turn the sales over to another sales rep. This is when Don Smith intervened until John returned from his meeting. My take on this, is bad management, one that would actually take a sales rep off of a buying customer, turn them over to another individual! It was almost a deal breaker for me!
