    Truthfully I would love to give this dealership 5's all the way across. Michael Rosso; Dave; and Jim Fix my sales person took phenomenal care of me. In and out of dealership within two hours.... But, ( the word I hate ), They kind of fell behind when it came to vehicle prep /reconditioning for resale, to the point where it was never truly detailed ( previous owner's possessions still inside vehicle). We negotiated some things before the sale; such as repairing ripped seat, replacing the missing exhaust tip ( a safety issue ) a full detail.... Signed paperwork; and was told service would set up appointment to do the negotiated work. A week went by, I called service and wouldn't you know; they knew nothing of this.. Fast forward.. Dealership says they can't put anymore money into truck bc of what it sold for ? And was told they could have sold it for a much higher price... So we renegotiated and they were going to do the seat and tail pipe; a week goes by and I get the truck back; no detail still ( ok with that ) seat fixed ( great! ), No exhaust vent yet ? ( no good ). When I asked about it.. Was told ; " Feel lucky we fixed the seat ." Now I'm 4 thousand miles in; need ball joints, Purchased their Zurich Warranty, and service is giving me the run around...

    Needed a thorough check-up before starting the annual trek to RI (I am a 'snowbird,' locally despised). I assume everything that needed to be done was done properly, won't really know until I reach my northern home.

    Found I had a screw embedded in my tire. Took my car in, without an appointment, for a repair. Service tech was kind and professional. After getting my info I went to their comfortable lounge to wait. Before I knew it the tire was repaired at no charge. I am so glad I got the tire warranty policy. Thanks to my Delray Buick team for taking good care of me.

    I’m an elderly woman, with fixed income, and a reverse mortgaged little home. Time to upgrade my vehicle to something safe, and reliable. I’ve been searching for six months for an affordable GMC Terrain, with a push button lift gate, as I’m physically challenged with my arm. Terrains are great, sit up a little higher for good vision, and for seniors, we aren’t crawling out of low seats with achy knees... just open door, slide in, slide out. Anyway....THANX to Anthony (sales manager,) Jim, my rep, Steve, and Mike (financing) for answering all my questions, making my sale seamless and without stress. I highly recommend these folks, and I am the ex-wife of a GMC dealer.

    I have been at this dealership with my Enclave for repairs for the last 6 months. They have the best mechanical expertise for my vehicle. Mr. Robert Viccica was extremely helpful in helping me with vehicle. Also the facility is very clean and organized. I will continue to service my vehicle at the Buick Delray Beach. I feel safe after they have worked on my vehicle. That is the most important thing for me.

    Best Car Buying Experience We’ve Ever Had

    We inquired about a GMC Yukon XL online through cars.com. Leon Timothee contacted me, and provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. He made a video of the car, gave me all the info I needed, and provided the out the door pricing I had requested. No hassle, no annoying sitting around. We went to the dealer; he had the car pulled around and ready for us to look at. We ultimately went with a different used Yukon XL that was a higher trim model, and we love it. Leon and his manager gave us numbers immediately and did not make us sit around doing back and forth crap. They were honest, great to work with, and just left us with the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!

Our Salesman Fernando Pagan Rendered Outstanding Customer Service to My Husband and I,throughout the entire purchase process, Explaining every Detail of our New Terrain, and Syncing my phone with my new car. He is a Exceptional Employee, very knowledgeable about all the features . We were near our end of lease contract, Fernado contacted my husband, He in turned told Fernando what We would be interested in, 3 Days later, We Enjoyed a lovely Dealership Breakfast, and Drove home with our New Car.
