Every time I bring my car in for general maintenance or to have something repaired I always get outstanding service! I usually deal with Jason and he does a phenomenal job. He is super patient with any questions or concerns I may have and goes the extra mile to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend their Service.

The purchase of the vehicle went fine. I have asked 3 times now for the service inspection form and have not received it. Have been told twice that the service manager will call me right away or I am the next on the list to be called and still have not heard from him in 3 days! Having a few problems with the vehicle that I would like to know if they made the notes on the inspection as they have said that they did a complete inspection. I have had to replace some things that should have been looked at and replaced if it was inspected. Salesperson is giving me the run around and not being upfront or avoiding giving me the inspection form. Must be hiding something

Very friendly, knowledgeable in the cars they were selling, worked very hard at trying to find the right fit. Stayed past quitting time on a Saturday to try to find something for me to trade and drive home. Just couldn't find the right fit. They contacted me by email and thanked me for coming and giving them a shot and also continued to look and see if there was anything at their other dealerships. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Steve was great to deal with during my car purchase! He and the rest of the staff made it very easy to do business. Josh, the Finance Manager, made the loan paperwork quick and easy as well. Overall a great experience and would recommend Deery Brothers Dubuque to anyone!

This is the second time I seriously shopped this dealership. The first time, I just didn’t like the appearance of the vehicle, so I bought a different brand. However, this time I was in the market for something different, but not sure what I wanted, so I test drove a few different types and finally made a decision on one. The buying experience went smoothly and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure!! I’m all about making a decision without being pressured in anyway and Deery Bothers Nissan delivered!!!

We worked with Kevin on a used car. When We arrived, the car was ready for test drive, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, and was great to work. We worked hard together to make a sale and he was a good facilitator between us and the Manager.

Drove many hours to look at a vehicle that was advertised both on Cars.com and the dealership website only to find out the manager decided to take the pickup on his vacation. There was no mention of this plan when I called the day before inquiring about the vehicle. Bad business.
