    Very upset!!

    I purchased a vehicle on Aug.14th. I was initially pleased with the service and treatment I received. I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase as a 2nd vehicle to use for winter driving and work purposes. Salesperson told me a local trade, great tires, inspection was done and everything checked out. I specifically told the salesperson. "I want a reliable vehicle that doesn't need work done." Test drove the vehicle and didn't notice anything wrong. They agreed to replace cracked windshield. The vehicle came with a 6,000 mile warranty and I also purchased an additional one because of it being an older vehicle. Got the vehicle 2 days later (since the windshield was being fixed) and as I was coming off exit noticed vibrating and shaking. Long story short. It needs new rotors. Refused to pay 250+ today. Had to pay 38.84 today for inspection. None of this was disclosed to me or told. I asked about the warranty. I also asked if an inspection had been done. The service lady told me an inspection was done and any work needing to be done would've been reported to manager. Which he didn't tell me!! I'm stuck with a vehicle needing work done and haven't even made a single payment yet!! Needless to say I AM FURIOUS. I also found paperwork from NE. I don't consider that a local trade.

    ONE HAPPY JEEP WRANGLER OWNER THANKS TO ADEL CHRYSLER. This review will help those doing their research prior to even making contact with a dealership. We all know that dreadful feeling of how the sales representative will begin calling you or emailing you nonstop to get you to buy a vehicle from them. I took a chance with Adel without finding the review I needed because I was in the search of a specific Jeep Wrangler and they had it in stock. I reached out to them after their closing hours and the very next morning I received an email from Katelyn providing her assistance with further details about the Jeep. I almost forgot to mention, I am working in Maryland therefore I had no way to go and inspect the car or see anyone face to face to try and work out a better price. It was all done with Katelyn which let me tell you is AMAZING. She will answer every single question you may have. Makes you feel absolutely no pressure. Listens to all your inquiries. Extremely professional. And most importantly there were no games involved. I lucked out working with Katelyn and in all honesty if I have to recommend a dealership to go through, because of how painless it was, I would recommend Adel. As far as the Finance Manager I had the pleasure of working with Michael. He is just as professional and extremely helpful. I had all my paperwork taken care of by him and overnighted to MD to help the process go as smoothly as possible. I would like to thank Katelyn and Michael for their amazing customer service from the proud 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep Wrangler owner. If you want the same service I would highly recommend to specifically ask to work with Katelyn and Michael. Even if they are busy, trust me it’s worth the wait. They will get you what you want.

    misrepresented vehicle

    The dealer's response to my interest email was prompt. It seems that responses to my questions were a little abrupt, but communication through emails is different than meeting in person. Overall, I was very disappointed because the vehicle advertised was not the actual vehicle they had for sale. The online ad stated it was a 5 speed manual, which was what I was looking for. When I asked the salesperson what the best price for the vehicle would be (I live a few hours away) I was informed that it was not a manual transmission, it was an automatic. The way the error was presented to me seemed that the error was not big deal to them, and made me feel like perhaps they told me it was an automatic to change my mind about the vehicle because I asked for their best price before looking at it. It is frustrating to look for online vehicles when the ads are not accurate, or the dealer are not straight forward. Glad I asked first and did not drive the distance to look at the vehicle that was not what I was looking for. I am glad however that the salesperson did let me know that the online ad was incorrect, so thank you salesperson for doing that. I just wish the information would have been accurate.

    The GM and the sealesman were very unhelpful and very rude. No one explain us what hidden were for. The salesperson just throw a paperwork in the front of us and ask for signature and initials without ANY explanations. The GM was very rude and unhelpful as well- didn't explain what the chargers were for and later we found out that we didn't have to pay those charges because we were out of the state.later that night the salesman decided to call us later tha night to tell us that the car was sold. Why? Not really sure with exception to prove his unprofessionalism.WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!! BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS DEALS!. I

    Yesterday I went in with the intention of purchasing a cheap winter car. I dealt personally with Mike Doll. I can honestly say, in 15 years of working with car dealerships for various reasons, it was the most comfortable I have ever been in a dealership. Within two hours, my trade was processed, my credit approved, and I was driving home in my 2012 SX4 that I got for a steal. Mike made me feel like a friend and not just another customer.

    Prices are too high, trade in value is at least $2,000 less than anywhere else and the salesman I had Well let's just say rude and insulting.

    This is the 3rd jeep I have purchased from Adel. Each time they gave me a fair trade-in value for my jeep without the hours of back and forth. They listen to what extras/options I wanted and always make it happen. This small town dealership does it better than any metro one.

    Worth the 4 hours drive!

    I had the opportunity to work with Chris at this dealership. His costumer service was outstanding. Being four hours away from this dealership I had several questions and concerns. Chris was able to explain several things in detail (purchasing, features on the car, policy of getting title, buying out of state, etc) and set my mind at ease. He never pushed me to make a decision and was understanding of my schedule regarding when I could come to the dealership. When I arrived he had the car ready for test drive and was welcoming. There was no hidden fee's, surprises, etc. The car is in perfect working order and this buyer has no complaints. I feel fortunate I was able to work with Chris and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you very much!

    I was very happy with my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Adel Chrysler. I was greeted and helped by a friendly, no pressure staff. Mike listened to what I was looking for and was able to help me find exactly the car I was looking for. I was more confrontable with this staff than the bigger dealerships.
