Great service
by Doris from Willoughby, OH | December 29, 2014Everyone wa so friendly and made sure I received the best service possible. I bought my 2015 Chrysler 200 and Steve Kobe was my car dealer. He is very efficient and made sure I left with a smile on my face. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

by Not A Deacon's Jeep fan from Mayfield Village, Ohio | September 12, 2013when you set an appointment it mean nothing to them , Slow processing long wait add to that the place is under construction my car was clean when I dove in and a mess when I drove out , Not recommended, When you buy a new car you have choices don't forget one reason not to buy their product is very poor service, they will be nice to you during the sale but wait until you hit their service department , Unreliable.

by poorly treated Deacon customer from Mayfield village, Ohio | June 14, 2013I asked that the spare tire be rotated in tire rotation and was met with a condescending look and air blowing between the lips .you want what? I made an early appointment a week in advance and they had my vehicle all day (10:30am. – 3:30pm.) I called to inquire and they were waiting on a part never bother to inform me, never called me, then when I stated it was unacceptable behavior on their part – Kelly hung up on me. When I went to pick up I inquired again and I heard the same thing from Ed, ‘I dunno’... I made the appointment a week ahead... ‘I dunno’ .. Finally, I don’t think there was a wheel alignment as the vehicle drives worse then when I took it in, plus it was not included in the outrageous bill. so, I requested for the second time that day that Dennis, the service manager call me –I never received a call -I feel I was disrespected several times and overcharged for expressing my concerns .

by Jim V from Euclid, Ohio | March 17, 2013I stopped by to test drive a vehicle and was planning on test driving a vehicle at another dealership the same day. I never made it to the other dealership. Anthony and Jesse were so willing to work with me to fit me into a deal that I was comfortable with. Everyone at this dealership is so friendly too. Highly recommended!

by ClaireQ from Portland, OR | January 18, 2013First of all, I rarely write reviews on ANYTHING.

I went to Deacon's while visiting my family over Christmas. I had been shopping for a car for a couple months and was having terrible experience at dealers. I saw an ad for a Jeep Compass and drove from Detroit to Mayfield Village to look at it (with full intention of buying it). The staff there was extremely friendly and not at all pushy like I had experienced. I was with my father, who refuses to pay full price for anything. They "tolerated" his pushy/agressive negotiations with little resistance. I just received my Jeep back home in Oregon and I couldn't be happier. I got a STELLAR deal.

by Smart shopper from Ohio | November 21, 2012Started looking for a low mileage used Jeep and researched pricing online. Deacon had best price on the car we wanted. Went to take a look ready for the usual sales pitches, etc. and had an experience we were not used to when purchasing a car. Deacon treated us like they had known us for years. Our salesman, Jim Rice, was professional and informative. In addition, we dealt with Bob S and Jim Deacon who were equally pleasant and helpful. Honest, professional, and service oriented are the trademarks of this dealership! Will never buy a car anywhere else....they've gained my business for life.

by Jeep Man from Cleveland,Ohio | September 08, 2012My experience with dealer in the past has been great, but not this last time.I would only recommend this dealer as your last resort with no other options.I found my vehicle to be in their shop for 3 days just to find out they never fixed the problem. I only made it 500 feet and realized I heard the same noise that I took in for.For the life of me I dont know how they miss this, the only thing that made this problem worse is that they said took for a test drive and said it was okay. To make a long story short I ended waiting 2 1\2 weeks ,5 days for the part, another week and a half for them to fit me back into the schedule to get my vehicle repaired correctly for something that took only 3 hours to fix.

by On the Road...All the Time from Eastlake, OH | August 18, 2012I found the car I was looking for, at the price I wanted to pay at Deacon's Chrysler in Mayfield Village. My 2011 Dodge Avenger was low mileage and a great price. Gary Palmer the sales person was friendly and there was no pressure to buy. If you are looking for a Dodge or Chrysler, new or used, this is the place to shop!

by Soccer Mom from Strongsville, Ohio | May 29, 2012I knew what I was looking for when I saw an ad for a van that met the requirements. The van I saw was on a test drive by the time I called and sold. A similar car was expected to come in, so I waited. When the car came in, it was more expensive than the first one, and I started to look around. One feature that was important to me was an extended warranty. When I looked around at other dealerships, the cars had more miles, and the extended warranty was significantly more, making Deacon's a comparable price for fewer miles. My sales person offered to drive the car to my place of work for a test drive, which I thought was great service. I purchased the car, and the actual purchase process was smoother than any I or my husband had every had. I found this dealership to be straight-forward, appreciative of my business and willing to go the extra mile to make the process easier. In addition, they had a better product at an overall comparable price. I would consider a car from Deacon's again.

by Chrysler 300c from Shippensburg, PA | December 15, 2011When I purchase a car I put together a profile on what I'm looking for except for color. Deacon's had the vehicle I was looking for and I knew this vehicle would go quick because two of the same vehicles priced at this mileage did not last on the lot for more then two days at other dealers. I notified Deacons and placed a deposit. The next day I left for a 4 hour drive that turned into a 6 hour journey, due to a storm. During this travel we had a low tire pressure light come on an hour away from the dealer which closed by six that night. GPS stated arrival time 545pm. I was able to fill the tire twice during this trip, when I arrived at the dealer it was almost flat. I was greeted by the car manager for used cars Bob Sheehy. I look over the car (Chrysler 300c) and it was in excellent condition. I ask Bob if I could fill the tire to the van up, he did better by accommodating me with a loaner van for the night. He also made a phone call to the Holiday Inn and set us up for the night there with a generous discount. The next day our van tire was repaired and we purchased the Chrysler 300c. Overall, after a stressful drive through a horrible storm the Deacons made the experience less stressful. In my experience most dealers hassle for sales, I experienced the complete opposite with Deacons. I would not count out traveling there again for another vehicle in the future, because they price their vehicles right and take care of their customers. John
