    Found the car on line and made the deal over the phone. Dealership was around 200 miles away from me. The sales staff and finance department were very cordial and professional. The vehicle was as described from their web site. The entire purchase took less than 45 minutes.

    UPDATE: Dealership overall made right a wrong and should be commended for that. Jesse Rembly, however, was miserable to deal with. He is rude and unpleasant. I am not the first to be of this opinion. Ownership and others including Greg are great and a pleasure to work with. Jesse should be fired.

    I would like to report that this dealership has been a miserable experience. To start, they offered me 30% less on my trade in than other competing dealerships. They then had the audacity to make me feel like I was being unreasonable by asking for more in trade. Additionally, their owner and sales manager have been extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with in all. I have never felt extremely undervalued as a potential customer and as a person. Never have I dealt with such an unreasonable, rude, and unpleasant business. This dealership should be seen in low regard and avoided at all costs. Jesse Rembly specifically was just a disgusting person to have to talk to and deal with.

    I got a car!

    Being a first time car buyer at the age of 20 I knew was going to be hard but luckily the people at Deacons in Mayfield, especially Kathy Saywell, we were willing to help me. It was a long , long day but I ended up leaving with a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe! Not my planned first car choice but I needed a car and this one will do now. Everyone here is super nice and friendly and do whatever is to make sure you have a great experience. Definitely recommend!

    I went to Deacon's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM on Som: Center Road on 11-06-17, for engine wire problems on my pt cruiser 2007. I had just left Firestone located on Richmond Road, Firestone send me to Dodge for repairs, because they did not have the part I need for my repairs. I got their about 11:30 or so. I went to the service area, the gentle was so nasty to me, he stated to me "so what do you want me to do", after he read the information from Firestone concerning the problem with my car. He questioned me about the order from Firestone, he stated that there is no such thing as an alternator harness repair for your vehicle, again I told him I was sent from Firestone, and Firestone had call your company about the part before I had arrived. He finally went to the back office and sure enough he found out yes Firestone had called, he stated to me well this will cost you 800.00 dollars because they do not make pt cruiser anymore. He then said so curse word to me about the order from Firestone, I told him I do not like your attitude and that I want someone else to wait on me. This was my first time in this service department, I will not come back and I will not encourage anyone to go here, because of the attitude I received!!!!

    My wife and I purchased our Lexus RX 350 from Sales Consultant Kathy Saywell. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and we would enjoy working with her in the future. The two hour drive to Ohio was well worth our purchasing experience with Kathy.

    My 1st Dodge & I needed service.

    I was searching for a dealer to have service done. I never had a Dodge before so needed a dealer. I had 2 different names from friends. I called the one closer to my work, in Painesville, OH on Mentor Ave, 1st thinking it would be more convenient if I needed work done. The girl that answered the phone was so rude and unwilling to help or answer any questions I had that I called my 2nd choice--which will now be my 1st choice!!! I spoke with Angie on the phone and she scheduled me right away answering all my questions patiently and without making me feel stupid. She got me in the same day and as soon as I arrived, I experienced the same friendliness I received the phone with everyone so far. I was very nervous since I've used the same dealer for a different manufacture car and loved it but I think I'll be happy with my choice!! I will recommend Deacon's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone and everyone who asks!!!
