    Dishonest and no integrity

    Called the dealership twice and spoke with the salesperson Ali before driving 90 minutes to DCH Subaru of Riverside. My daughter wanted to buy a green 2020 Forester. Got a quote from another dealership for the identical car, but they did not have it in green. Ali assured me that although they did not have the car either, he could obtain one and have it at the dealership within hours after we went through the initial purchase process. I asked Ali twice that this was indeed the 2020 Forester Premium with the "14 package" upgrade, and he stated it was. I then asked him to email me this information to confirm. While we were driving to dealership he emailed me that the price quote was for the more basic "12 package" which he had not mentioned previously. When we got there he denied this and the sales manager also would not honor the price. This is a dishonest car dealership and I STRONGLY suggest you buy elsewhere. Very disappointing.

    Bad sales people, little selection

    Was really disappointed when I was honestly there to buy a car that day. While walking around trying to find the car I wanted nobody came to my aid. The first time I went nobody came to help me out so I left. The second time it took them about half an hour for someone to come help me out. And it was not a pleasant experience it seemed like they we’re not eager at all to have a customer or energized that I was there to buy a car that day. Decided to go to another Subaru retailer. Not much selection and not very good sales people.

    Absolutely liars and scam artists! Not only did my car take two days to do a recall but when picking my car up was greeted with absolutely attitudes! I guess their mad they couldn’t talk me into trading my car in ! Total waste of time here! Then had the service manager flip me and my children off while driving away

    Great deal on a great car

    Last month I was helping my son buy his first car. I started with the Costco buying program, which referred us to DCH Subaru in Riverside. Unfortunately, the WRX was not part of the program, but they gave us a quote below invoice anyway. My son had his financian already in place through his credit union, so all we had to negotiate was the price. The no pressure sales experience was much appreciated. In the end, he bought exactly the WRX he wanted for a great price.

    Me and my fiancée came to see a 2014 BMW 320 I. From The Moment We Walked In Dennis Made Us Feel Welcomed Gave Us Zero Pressure Which Is Rare At A Dealer And He Was Super Kind And Worked Hard For Us To Get The Best Deal Possible, I Am Beyond Pleased With The Service Here I Highly Recommend It , I Have Purchased 5+ Cars This Year But This Was The Best Experience I Had By Far!

    Great Purchase Experience For My First Subaru

    Called on a used Subaru Impreza and the salesperson answered all the questions on the phone. When I got to the dealership they had my car ready and clean. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great used car or a new car.

    Don't bother they didn't...

    Went in as a family to look for a used car for my son....had talked to Lyle the internet guy by email prior telling him exactly what we were looking for. He said we have a bunch of car that fit your criteria. We went in and he ignores us and then says this salesman will help you. Salesman was very nice. All the cars he said were there not. Only one. So we test drove. After we waiting to talk to Lyle. He said I am busy maybe I can call you later? Really? He never did...
