    Good car deals
by JM from Lake elsinore California | July 11, 2020

Service was very friendly, they are aggressively priced but can work with you. Didn’t close the deal with me because I felt like I wasn’t getting a trade in value deduction from total sales price. Otherwise would have bought the car. Great salesman though.

    Clayton Hermes and Andy Prado
by BrookeV from Murrieta, CA | February 26, 2020

Clayton was a very helpful and patient salesman. He was pleasant to talk to and I at all times felt that he only wanted me to make the decisions that were in my best interest. The finance manager, Andy, was the most informative and professional person I’ve encountered in the industry. I’m especially appreciative of how respectful he was of me as a young female customer. Acura gave me the best car shopping experience out of any Temecula dealership.

Did not honor their warranties or incentives.
by Jaymes herman from Desert hot springs,ca | February 16, 2020

I bought a used vehicle. The company would not honor their warranties or incentives that they advertised. I have emailed the company several times to avail.

Just bought our 5th car from DCH Honda of Temecula. I will never go anywhere else. Every single employee....Really every single employee will give you the best service. We've bought from other dealerships and DCH Honda of Temecula is in a league of their own. There's no BS when it comes to the price of the vehicle, they are gonna give you the best price guaranteed. A huge thanks to Daniel Galat for once again making everything run so smooth. Our family really appreciates everything!!!!

    Worst Experience Ever
by Amrah from Murrieta, Ca | March 05, 2019

Where to begin? Bought a 2016 Honda Civic on 3/1/2019, the next day it rained and I noticed one of the back corner windows was leaking water into the passenger area. Checked to make sure all the windows were rolled up, wiped away the water, but more water leaked in with more rain. Called DCH, they said to bring the car in. Did that and they couldn’t find the problem or “replicate the leak” (we had pics and video documentation). At that point I knew I was done with the vehicle. Kept getting calls from sales people saying a manager would get back to me, finally had enough of the run around and drove down to handle things in person. This is where it gets fun...a finance manager named David came over and attacked my credibility and accused me of lying. When I showed him footage of the leak he asked me where I got the video from, it was clearly taken by my iphone. Maybe because I’m a female he thought he could discredit and bully me into keeping the car? I asked for the actual GM, instead David came back out with paperwork to return the car. So I admit I did use the F bomb when talking with him and I shouldn’t have, but I was frustrated. However badgering, bullying, and intimidating a customer to the point of tears is unacceptable. The best part: DCH has a 3 day/300 mile total satisfaction guarantee, I didn’t even need a reason to return the car. Basically David was trying to bully me into keeping the car until the next morning when it would be out of the return window, he said it was so a window guy could asses the problem. Yeah, he had ulterior motives and knew exactly what he was doing. Even though I did get a full refund this matter isn’t resolved yet, I’m supposed to hear from the GM tomorrow. Hopefully someone will take responsibility for selling me a used car with issues and for David’s intimidation attempts to turn it around on me. The way I was treated on the showroom floor is absolutely not ok. Shout out to the front desk, to Rick in services, and to Cody and Chris in sales who were all helpful and kind. I understand the salesmen may not have known about the issue, so I don’t fault him. Thank you to Chris, after all the tears he asked if I was ok and if there was anything he could do to help. Bottom line: buyer beware of this dealer.

    Terrible customer service; playing games
by JD from San Diego, CA | January 08, 2019

The other terrible reviews are completely accurate; wish I could give a 0-star rating. Tried contacting DCH Honda of Temecula for more information, as I was ready to purchase a new car. The email sent by John Wall in Internet Sales stated they would show how they "deliver customer happiness". When I replied to his email, he proceeded to tell me to come in before I would get any help. I let him know I was coming from out of town, and would make the long drive if I at least had a ballpark idea of pricing. His response was "Well thanks for your email." I'm not interested in playing their dishonest games.

    Buyers Beware
by Ldmoose from Murrieta | December 27, 2018

General Manager Kelly Schmidt and Service Manager Chris Johnson apparently do not believe in honoring Honda factory or extended warranty’s purchased on new Honda Civics w/less than 12,000 mi. Claim “wear and tear” voids the warranty????

Honda will not honor factory or extended warranty
by Denyse from CA | December 22, 2018

If I could give Honda no stars I would have. Honda dealership in Temecula, CA because they are NOT WILLING to honor their own factory warranty or a paid extended warranty related to repairs of a sports car with only 11,000 mi. My grandson took the car in for service and was immediately told it would cost nearly $10,000 to replace the entire transmission and they never mentioned the warranty. When the warranty was mentioned Honda claimed it wouldn’t apply because it doesn’t cover “wear and tear.” The car only has 11,000 mi. The finance department reviewed the extended warranty and the transmission is covered. Plus the transmission is covered under the factory warranty up to 5 years or 60,000 mi. Now Honda claims the car has been abused and that’s why the warranty is not being used. How could a car be abused with only 11,000 miles of driving. A Honda service tech admitted the original tires look brand new. The main problem is Honda had concluded the car must have been abused when they saw my grandson, a young minority male driver. Now what young male would abuse a brand new sports car purchased as a gift by his parents. Honda made this conclusion even before the transmission was pulled out and inspected. So basically they profiled him, a minority male and the type of car he drove, a sports car. An investigation with Honda corporate has been initiated. But people still need to be aware of what takes place at our local Honda dealership. Our young people should not be taken advantage of by our local dealerships.

    Got sold a lemon
by Ryan from Murrieta, CA | July 16, 2018

The initial car buying process was fine. I actually really liked my salesperson and felt like I got a fair price. However, they messed up the paperwork and I had to come back the next day to fix it. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. But, then after only 4 days, the brand-new car had some weird engine problems. Probably just a fluke, but who knows. I brought it in and DCH swapped it out for another new car same color/model/trim. All good, right? Nope. I drove the new, new car home, parked it in the garage, and went to sleep. The next morning, guess what? It won't start. It's 3 am, and I got to get to work. I tried everything, googled everything, even woke my wife up to help. Nothing I did worked. The car just would not start. I had to miss work (lose money) and at 7:00 am, I started putting calls into DCH. Initially, the people on the phone assumed I was incompetent and said stuff like, "you know you have to push the brake or it won't start." Seriously! I'd been up since 3 am googling this problem and looking for any possible solution. So, how did this whole ordeal end? Well, turns out the aftermarket security system DCH installed requires a chip to be put in after purchase. Otherwise, the car won't start after the test drive. They simply forgot to install the chip after they detailed it. DCH sent someone out to my house around 8:30-9:00am and popped it in there. Voila, the car started. Still, a major pain in the butt and had to miss work, but at least my car works. Side note, DCH has not done anything to compensate me for the major inconvenience. I feel weird asking and I won't, but they definitely should do something.
