    Jimy Minchala and Mike Ehirim - Blew me away

    I jumped from Dealership to dealership in New York AND some in Connecticut looking for the best deals and DCH Honda had the hands down provided THE BEST on both car and financing right off the bat. Jimmy Minchala was an outstanding employee who was VERY knowledgeable about any car i asked him about and every detail. My family always warned me that when buying a car to beware the finance guys but Michael Ehirim really changed that for me. He really did everything he could to make sure I got the BEST interest rates the BEST deals on options (some of which I seriously regret not accepting) AND is so friendly he had me smiling the whole time I was there. I wish there was more i could do for these two gentlemen than just write a good review, they really deserve it after my experience, Thanks guys.

    I bought 2002 honda civic.frank Acosta made the process easy and painless. He went above and beyond. To my surprised he had my car delivered to my house in the Bronx. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas. I would expect this from a dealer if you purchased a new vehicle but not for a 3550 purchase. would definitely buy from DCH again.

    I was more then pleasantly surprised dealing with DCH Honda of Nanuet. From internet advisor Christine Keough's friendly attitude to sales consultant Kevin Pingol who took us through the buying process, answering our questions and explaining the vehicle on the test drive.to meeting finance manager Michael Ehirim who made finalizing the sale a smooth and stress free experience. I will tell anyone interested in buying a car to stop by this dealership. They won't be sorry, just pleasantly surprised!

    Just Horrible Business!!

    Top 5 worst experiences I have every had with any company hands down!!! I went into DCH Honda of Nanuet on Sunday September 1st to look at a new Passport. The sales staff was friendly and took me on a test drive. We could not come to an agreement with my trade-in so we left without an agreement. That was not the bad experience, they called be back on Monday and said they could do the trade-in at an agreed upon value. They told me to come back in to just finalize the deal but I had to do it on Tuesday September 3rd at 5:30p. I came in the next day to finalize the deal but when I got there they were not ready for me at all. So they said it would be a few minutes and they would get to me. The sales person I was working with was the same person I was with the previous visit but he had about 3 different deals going on at the same time. I did feel bad as he said he came in on his day off and was swamped, so I waited about 1hr and 30 min. He was trying to get to everyone but none of the managers were helping him and they just sat around doing nothing to help the process. At this point I was there over 2 hr and they were about to close at 8pm. Since they did not start the final sales process yet I asked if I could just come back the next day. The sales person asked the manager if they would honor the agreement, we came to but they said the deal was just for the holiday weekend and they would not honor the deal. I said I have been here over 2 hours to finalize the agreed upon deal and now your closing and you can’t honor the deal??? At that point I said if you couldn’t honor the agreement for tomorrow I am never coming back. I currently own a Honda and have been there several times and they knew that but they would not keep their agreement and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, so I literally walked out and will NEVER GO BACK TO HONDA OF NANUET FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!

    Great Experience Salesman - Henry Paredes

    I recently purchased a new 2019 CR-V. Henry Paredes (Salesman) really saved my day. It was nice,pleasant day at DCH Honda Nanuet buying CR-V and I was really impressed with the service of Sales man Henry Paredes. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with him.He was friendly and respectful and did his best to keep my visit as easy as it could be. He made sure all my questions were answered, got into the car with me to walk me through all the little details( syncing my phone, setting up the hands-free, etc.) and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'd give HENRY PAREDES (salesman) five stars and would not hesitate to recommend him! I really appreciate his patience, service and respect towards customers.
