    I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them a couple days ago. I was lied to by 3 different people. We paid cash and was promised our credit would not be run. We were in the middle of applying for a HELOC loan. But my credit was ran. Carmax is so superior. No lying, no BS. I should have known better. Also gave us a "Certified" vehicle that needed the pits in front windshield repaired. We didn't notice until we left. Ended up taking to repair shop for $150. And yes, I could have called them to request they fix it, but didn't. This experience cements my opinion about only shopping at Carmax. I bet none of these people could get a job at Carmax. Too dishonest.

    Salesman Marty Striano

    I was recently in the market for a new car for my son. My husband and I met Marty Striano, who is an exceptional salesman. Marty steered us into the purchase of a truck that we did not even really think about until he asked quite a few questions. Our son is going to a new trade school, but will also be working and he enjoys riding his dirt bike in his spare time. A truck ended up being the perfect vehicle for him. He was not going to be driving far so gas was not a huge worry. He spends a lot of time outdoors and he loves to go dirt bike riding so the truck is perfect to transport his dirt bike. Marty was just so patient and kind. I usually dread the car buying experience, but Marty made it quite pleasant. He even brought me nice coffee. Marty Striano is a great asset to DCH. I look forward to calling Marty again for our next car purchase.

    Dishonest and Sleazy

    I contacted the dealer and asked about a used car they advertised a Prius 4. I wanted to confirm it was a 4 and not any other model as I told them I live 2 hours away, they assured me the car was a Prius 4 and sent me a credit application. They ran my credit, approved me and I drove two hours to find out the car in fact was a Prius 2 with much less options than was advertised. This is called misinformation and is not legal to advertise. Typical sleazy, dishonest business owners. That’s why their business is dying.

    Amazing service

    I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Do yourself a solid and go see Greg and his team, and you'll have the best buying experience of your life I promise. Many many appreciative thanks to all the guys and gals there that made this such a pleasurable experience!

    They Made It Right

    Be sure to ask for them by name. I did not think there would be a happy resolution to my issues with my new Ram 1500 Big Horn. After numerous failed attempts to resolve my problems, I was contacted by the sales manager, Ted Rapp. Within two days he had a resolution to my problem. He was extremely helpful and polite. Along with the salesman Dennis and Sarge in finance I was able to drive away with a working Ram 1500 4x4. I will only be working with these three gentlemen in sales on any future occasions.

    Buyer Beware

    I have owned my truck for 41 days and it has been in DCH Service Department for 33 of them. I purchased a new 2019 Ram Big Horn 4x4 on March 10th. When I went to drive it off the lot, the truck would not shift out of park. When it did finally shift into drive, THE TRUCK LUNGED FORWARD OUT OF CONTROL. I had to slam on the brakes to stop it. I went inside and told my salesman about the issue. He assured me the truck was fine and that if the issue happened again to contact him immediately. It was a Sunday and the service department was closed. The issue happened again the next day. I contacted my salesman, Dennis, and he asked me to bring the truck in right away. I dropped off the truck at 7:30am the next day. At the end of the day, David, from the service department contacted me to tell me my truck was ready. When I asked him what they found, he said that they could not recreate the problem and that it was probably a result of the torque converter not being full of transmission fluid. I took my truck home. The following Monday on my way home from work the issue happened again. I took a video of the problem to show the dealership. I planned to take it back into the dealership the next day. Tuesday morning the issue happened again when I was going to take the truck in. I took a second video. I dropped off the truck at the dealership explaining the issue again. This is four times this issue has happened, and the truck had less than 1000 miles. The following Tuesday (a week later) I was notified by David that my truck was ready. I was out of town and would not be back until Thursday. When I went into the dealership on Thursday, they informed me that they were unable to find the problem with my truck and that the issue could have been caused by me not shifting my truck correctly. What? Seriously? I explained to David that the truck was UNSAFE TO DRIVE and that their explanation was not good enough. He advised me to talk to the sales manager. I went and found the sales manager, Chris. I explained to him what the issue was. I explained to him the safety concerns. I asked him what could be done. He went to see what the reports from the service departments found. He came back and said that there were no indications of any problems and that there was nothing he was willing to do at the time. I asked him about the lemon laws. He rudely replied, I guess you better get a lawyer. I could not believe how disrespectful and rudely Chris treated me. I went to leave. Got in my truck and it would not come out of park. They had my truck for a week and could not find an issue. I go to leave and the issue is there. I call the service department over. The service manager came over with his lead mechanic. They were able to observe the issue. So they took my truck back into the service department. On April 6th I call to find out what was going on with my truck, they had had it for 2 and a half weeks. David tells me that they need an engineer to come in from the factory and that he will be there Monday. On Friday April 19th, they tell me my truck should be ready by the following Wednesday, April 24th. I am not holding my breath. I am completely beside myself that a dealership would allow this to go on. I am done with this dealership.

    We loved this dealership, 23 had a difficult situation and they got us out of it and into our new 2014 Ram 1500 and we're completely in love with it. I did notice some scratches on the truck and they took care of them right away!! We'lol definitely be coming back! Yusof was our salesman and he's wonderful! The Vega Family.
