    Steve Novacek was great to work with. He showed me several different cars and was very gracious when I walked away the first night without purchasing anything.     More than once service was not acceptable..the plastic on my rear view mirror broke and instead of ordering me new one (I have bumper to bumper) he said I got it on as good as I could if it falls again bring it back in and I will order new one. If fell off as soon as I drove out of the garage. Finally ordered a new piece and he tells no appointment need just bring it in. I get to the dealership and they say oh you need an appointment. I asked if it was a joke! Issue #2 I brought my car in because it was losing air the first time its cold out that is why. I said I don't think it is. They don't listen. They air it up and I leave. 2 Weeks later same issue I bring it in for the same issue and they tell the same thing. Like a dummy I don't push the issue I leave. Round 3 I go back a 3rd time and I say I am not going to let you fill up my tire it has a slow leak. Do you have an appointment they ask I said well I talked to Chris and he said just bring it in. I asked Chris if I needed an appointment nope just bring it in. Horrible service and communication! I will not purchase a vehicle there again!

    Big Al is a joke.

    Go to take a look at a nice used premium performance vehicle priced around $30,000. Here comes "Big Al", talking up his name and how he's such a great salesman. I have no idea who he is... so it's kinda weird until I realize he's talking about being the commercial guy. Interesting, I guess. We get maybe 1 mile into the test drive and he takes a call, tells me to turn around because a 'client showed up who was here to buy a new Z06'. I say I understand and that a Z06 is a big sale, and has the nerve to try and tell me that 'all sales are the same in his eye' and that he's out to make 'new friends'. Actions speak louder than words Big Al, because you made it clear that my sale didn't matter, then spewed scripted lies and garbage to my face. That was the most disrespected I have ever been by any dealership ever.

    We came from 5 hours away to purchase a 2016 Suburban and were paired with salesman Jimmy C. He was very courteous, honest, and pleasant to be around. When the service department failed to fix some problems and detail the vehicle. Jimmy tried his best to clean and fix the problems. One big issue was fixed well and that was putting a new headliner in, however I had to point out a few screws would fix the door latch when they had told Jimmy it wasn’t able to be fixed.(now I am wondering if they(service) department had even looked at the door latch)! Jimmy definitely went to bat for us as customers and we appreciate it so much!

    I really liked the buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. The showroom is spotless, and everyone is friendly. I went online to build my vehicle so I knew which options I wanted and which I didn’t. They found the exact model and brought it to Wichita for my wife to test drive. Wally Awadallah was our sales rep (again this visit) and could not have been more helpful! I am a repeat customer because I like the people and the environment. It’s professional and not a ‘circus’ environment like some of the competition.

    This vehicle has a missing out problem from the time of delivery. Has difficulty pulling an empty or loads trailer (5000 lbs) betwe n 50-60 MPH, misses out. Vehicle is in to be rechecked again today, February 26, 2018 and will be picked up on March 1, 2018 to give your service department ample time to resolve the issue.
