    After an extensive search and sleepless nights, I finally decided on the car I wanted to purchase, CX5. I had an accepted offer and told my salesmen I would be there to finalize paperwork in 30 minutes. I told him I wanted the car completely detailed, especially the rims as they were covered in greasy dirt and the seats had sticky "goop" and footprints on them. There were also two spots under the front grill that needed touch up paint. I told him I am OCD about cleaning, they all said they completely understand, my salesmen says I'm on it. 3 1/2 hours later, they bring my car out, rims still dirty, touch up paint not done and the car is covered with a layer of dust. I have to leave to pick up my daughter and tell them I'll be back in 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. When I come back rims are cleaner but still dirty, touch up paint is done but it has dripped on the black bumper. It is a CPO car so I am supposed to get two keys, there is only one, when I ask about the second one, they say "we can program you one, but it will take about an hour" Seriously? They have had the vehicle for hours, knew it was CPO and should have 2 keys, if I hadn't asked, they would have let me leave with one key. I live 3 1/2 hours away, I can't just come back "next week" I got emails and phones calls prior to making an offer and I love my car but feel like once i puchased it they stopped making any effort to make sure I was happy with the service. I am picky but didn't think asking for a clean car was too much to ask but apparently it was to them.

    A little bird approached me with the intel that these guys had a brand spank-me-silly new 2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring w/ the upgraded engine and all the bells and whistles. That's great of course, since they always have those, but this one had that so so sweet 6 speed manual tranny, which is semi-rare due to the luxurious trim level and the lazy ol' stuffed shirt demographic it typically caters to. My salesman, Jon, was knowledgeable and authoritative yet hands-off, which I like-- a lot. I gave it a twice over, pushed its limits on the test cruise and walked out with keys in hand and a full tank of gas in less than 2 hours. This car is a real peach; a tour de force; an artistic atom-bomb, and Jon was my very own lone cowboy, traversing dry and unforgiving landscapes whilest being harassed by auspicious outlaws to provide an explosive deal (damn near close to what they bought it for) to a poor prospector like me. Their money woman, Kath, was great and made the numbers all too easy. So I was planning on spending nearly twice what I did on a Lexus F-Sport and, thankfully, this experience brought me to my senses. The only thing the F-sport really has on the 3 is how puffy the leather seats are, and I prefer the rugged life. Just to be clear, I gave myself what I wanted; the holy grail, bank account sustaining face-melter speed demon I think I deserve but probably don't. Some say this Jon character still moseys around the dealership to this very day, but I can't provide any evidence to back that up. Happy hunting!

    I have never been so impressed with the speed of financing and quotes provided. It's one thing to sell great vehicles, it's another to have fast, high quality service. This location clearly has both.

    Over the last year and a half I've researched, called, and visited dozens of cars and dealerships. Most of the other places justify the stereotypical image of the aggressive and unctuous salesman. However, D. Dahle Mazda was a refreshing change. Instead of the car search becoming a dreaded chore, it was shockingly pleasant. Not once did anyone suggest another model, another option, or a simple upgrade. That doesn't mean the salesmen were passive or indifferent. They were highly concerned with fulfilling every part of the buying experience. Even after the sale was completed, they spent extra time going over the new features on our car. I never felt like I was pressured or rushed in the slightest. Every person we interacted with was warm and obliging. If any of my friends or family mention buying a car, I will gladly recommend D. Dahle in Murray.

    Best new car buying experience ever! Everything they told me was right on. I had previously leased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and after a bit over two years into my four year lease John McCarter called me and asked me if I was interested in upgrading to a newer model CX-5 and at a great deal for me. I said yes since I would have been crazy to say no. (It was a great deal!) Everything he told that would happen did and the numbers were all exactly what he said they would be. I told him exactly what I wanted and that is what he gave me. I am now a life time customer. The service department rocks also. When they say they will be done in an hour they are done in an hour. They do auto service with integrity. The fact that the sales people are on salary and not on commission really helps since that takes away all high pressure. There is not a better auto dealer anywhere!

    My new 2015 mazda sport 3 second time around7

    I went to D.Dahle Sept 24 2014 and bought my car. A crystal blue mazda 3 sport sedan 2015, was very happy with their service but there is more to this story. Friday Feb. 20, 2015 I had a bad car accident a jeep turned in front of me on van Winkle road I did not see him until he was about 8 yds. away ,hit him right smack on the passenger door .His jeep rolled my car crumpled but the airbags and seat belt saved my life I walked away after at least hitting him doing 40 . At this point when every thing was cleaned up from accident I called my son to ask him what I should do about getting another car since I was leasing car. My son told me to have someone take me to D.Dahle to rent a car so after telling Jon a Salesman at D.Dahleabout what had happened with my car he said well let's just have u lease another car so in less then two hours I drove out of there with a brand new Mazda 3 Sport Red hatchback . I am really happy that the day ended so well with the help of Jon.
