  Bad Service

  I have an 04 Ram 1500 from new that came from the factory with the wrong coolant (in accordance with the crown dodge service department). This was my dream vehicle. I drive my vehicles soft and put few miles on. After 48K miles the radiator plugged and caused engine problems. As a "car guy" I knew that the "plug" had to be metal from the cooling jackets and heads that were now excessively corroding. Corrosion and break down now becomes inevitable even with the correct coolant installed. The dealership replaced the radiator without checking the lifter noises I was now hearing (in the mechanics words "I don't hear nutin.") After 22K more miles the radiator "plugged" again. This time I had to pay for the work (they only warranty a device designed to last 100K miles for 12K miles). The third time proved to be the undoing of both the engine and transmission (the vehicle has approximately 122K miles). The dealership should have advocated for me with the manufacturer to replace the engine and cooling system. Instead they shrugged and tried to sell me a new vehicle. If you expect "American Made" to mean something then I strongly recommend to not go to this dealership.

  I writing this because I was really happy with the service I received!! I was greeted by Abraham Gonzalez with a smile and a friendly handshake!! I really appreciated everything he did for me! I didn't buy a car because I'm not ready but I will come back for sure and buy a from crown dodge

  I've had bad experiences at car dealerships and their shady car salesmen in the past but I had to leave a review due to the excellent customer service my family and I received from Joe Tovar. After test driving a few cars, I drove out of the car lot in a brand new 2014 suv thanks to Joe Tovar. He listened to what we wanted and was able to go above and beyond by saving us money and getting us what we asked for! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! Thanks Joe for taking care of us!
