    Terrible customer service!

    I received a flyer requesting a buy back. I was walking your lot and not one salesperson asked me if they could assist me. It was not a busy day and at least five salesmen were hanging around a table outside. The customer service is horrible. The maintenance dept is awesome and I will continue to return to them for repairs as long as I am continued to be treated with respect. Very disappointed!

    I tend to baby my vehicles, but the vehicle had a plugged radiator at less than 2 years old (factory bad). They replaced, but did not check whole engine. The heads had warped & engine developed major problems that their mechanics completely missed. They lied about the radiator replacement as having corrected the original issues (redesign & corrected metals). I discovered about the radiator when the radiator had to be replaced a second time for the exact same problems. When they should have represented me to the manufacturer, they left me twisting in the wind.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Terrible service. No regards to customer, very unorganized and impolite. Terrible time management, and not even an apology for inconvenience. They've lost my car, now I've spent 5 days calling every couple of hours to get my vehicle in for maintenance. Terrible. Can't wait to move and deal with a dealership.

    Awful service. The sales manager, Alex, was screaming in the other room about another costumer. It was a very pushy experience. I decided to go elsewhere.

    Horrible customer service.

    First when I bought my car I got a descent deal. I was debating on purchasing the car when the salesman told me he could do no payments for 2 months. I thought that would be very helpful so I decided to go ahead with the deal. Fast forward to 1 month later I get a bill in the mail saying that it's due. Well that is not what the salesman said. I called the dealership and I got passed around almost the entire day and never received any calls back. I finally got in touch with the salesman and he then tells me that it's 45 days no payment with a 10 day grace period. Well that's not 2 months. At this point still no call from the finance manager. The next morning after getting little sleep from working all night I go in first thing. I seen the same financial person that did my deal and he tells me by California law he couldn't do 2 month no payment. Well then why did the salesman promise that? I chat with him and he tells me first thing tomorrow he will call me. Guess what no call. I then went into the dealership again Monday after I got off work. The head finance manager and I chatted with him and he tells me that it might be to late to change the payment date. He tells me he will call first thing in the morning when he hears back from the bank. He calls in the afternoon and says that I have to call the bank to see if they will change it. If not then the payment is due. I will never buy a car from them again.
