    Worst experience ever. BEWARE!

    Worst customer service experience of my life. Service writer Johnny Lemuz was rude, dismissive and did not help at all (appointment was with him). Management didn't seem to care and another service writer, Eric, told me that Johnny's behavior was normal and he treats customers bad often. This is unbelievable that a business would continue to employee someone as unprofessional as that. Every team member I encountered at this dealership looked miserable like they hated their job and NONE seemed to care about any customer at all. I saw 5 or 6 different service customers all wandering around looking for help with not one employee jumping in to help. I can't believe this place has been in business as long as it has, I seriously have never been to a worse dealership in my life. STAY AWAY FROM CROWN DODGE, I'd rather drive 1,000 miles than be treated like this again.

    Overall, I had a good experience working with Aaron Lane in purchasing my 2019 Dodge Challenger GT. He is very friendly person and supportive even after I bought the car, a couple of days later I realized one of the key is not for my car and informed Aaron, he tried to find my keys and when he couldn't he ordered for a new keyfob and he told me that he can mail it to me so that I don't need to drive back to them. I highly recommend him and definitely I will buy my next car from him.

    Bad sales tactic

    I bought my car on Jan 2 and I was told I would have 45 days until my first payment was due. I got a letter saying my first payment is due on Feb 1. I called the salesman that helped me with the car and he said just come in and we’ll fix it. I came in and talked to a finance officer and she told me it can’t be changed and I should have read my contract and it stated Feb 1st. I’ve now had this car for almost a month and still haven’t gotten a call for when I can get the tint put on. I could have saved money and went to a tint shop and gotten it done on the same day. The only reason I did it here is because I was told I would get a loaner car while they do the work, which after reading my contract I see also is not true. Now do I love the car, yes. Do I feel like I got cheated, not really. It’s the inconvenience of it all. I shouldn’t be told one thing and not get it. That’s a real bad sales tactic. Moral of the story, don’t believe what they say. Believe what’s on your contract and read every single page before signing it. I will definitely not buy another car from here, nor will I recommend anyone else too.

    Terrible customer service

    I wouldn't recommend purchasing your car here. Someone made a mistake when processing our lease and we have received no bill or registration for the car. Mistakes happen, it's how you solve them that matters. We have yet to be able to get in touch with Sammy from finance or Johnny our sales guy. They are never available and never return calls or voicemails. This has been going on for 3 months and our stickers and temp registration are expired and we have not made any payments. Anyone we do talk to says they don't have any record of the lease and that they will look into it and get back to us. They never call back. If you buy your car and don't need any help afterwards, you will be fine. If you need any help post purchase, you will not be helped.

    Quick and easy

    When in to trade my truck for a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee. My credit was not good, and I was worried what the payment would be. Within 2 hours I was done out driving with a 2018 Jeep Cherokee with only 14000 miles on it. I also purchased a vehicle warranty and with a descent monthly payment. Was the quickest ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle.

    Worst service department

    Ventura Dodge has the worst service department ever! I called to make a appointment for a service and recalls to be performed on my truck. I waited 10 minutes to talk to someone, after I gave them all of my contact information and information of my truck. They told me they couldn’t get my truck for two weeks and said they would call me back for my appointment. One month later, they haven’t called me back. I tried to contact them during business hours and the phone keeps on ringing. I will never have them service my vehicles and I will not purchase a vehicle from them hem.

    Do not recommend for anything! Poor service. They need people skills. Not sure if they know what the are doing. Warranty work, repairs, even purchased parts all need to improve.

    Crown ruined my gift

    I was so excited to buy my husband his own truck after many years of him driving only company trucks . I picked out a used CERTIFIED 4x4 2016 big horn Ram he loved it. HOWEVER 3 months later he discovered overspray on both doors and the clearcoat and paint is peeling off the hood ....it's still under warranty . BUT THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PAINT JOB SAID ITS THE OWERS FAULT...........WHAT!!!!?????
