    While traveling through Indiana on our way to NY from AZ our transmission started acting up so we stopped here to buy another car. The salesman was very nice and accommodating. When we decided on a car and price we were assured that the price we settled on included tax, title and registration. When actually signing for the car and filling out all the forms we were told that the price did not include tax, title or registration. We had a choice of walking away and driving our now unreliable car, starting again looking at cars or taking the deal which was now not really a deal at all. We decided to just take the car at the extra price. We told them numerous times that we live and register the car in AZ but were heading to NY for 5 months and asked if this was going to be a problem and they assured us it was not, they would take care of everything. Well we found out a month later that they never bothered to register the car. They sent us a refund check and paperwork to do it ourselves without any note, explanation or apologies. When we called they pretty much said oh well your problem

    Vehicle damaged while In the custody of this dealership! The GM Eric Koren will not even return a phone call! Sales managers, service managers are rude!!

    This company is a joke! Buyer beware you will be buying a piece of crap. May look good on the outside. We’ve had nothing but problems with our 2012 Nissan Quest from the very beginning. Please please be cautious! You’ve been warned.

    The dealer sales dept can not be trusted. Make sure you're getting what you think you are getting. Smoke and mirrors. Never recommend to anyone.

    Very pleased with my Civic Hatchback 2017 purchase! Visited Cronin in December 2019 for the first time but the purchase process did not work not work out then due to miscommunication over pricing. However, Jake remained friendly, professional, communicative and helpful beyond the encounter, and proactively reached out several times to sound out how we could arrive at a deal, and we eventually did. He also went above and beyond when he very kindly accommodated our request for delivery (3 hours round trip), on his personal day off, refusing to accept any token of appreciation. We are happy with our new car, and thankful for Jake's persistence and service.

    Tried to convince me to let my current car get repossessed so they wouldn’t have to budge on listed price. Not sure about the particular salesmen’s professionalism, wouldn’t blame the whole dealership.
