    I purchased a new Escape a couple of months ago. Adam Hatfield was my salesman. I received a recall on my car a couple of weeks ago. I called to set up my appointment and they could not have been more accommodating. I called Adam to see about getting my Value Guard done at the same time, as I had not gotten around to that. Adam made sure that it was set up for the same day and everything was completed in 1 day. Adam has made this entire experience so pleasant. He is always helpful and makes sure that everything is taken care of. He did not just sell me a car and disappear. His follow up is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Adam or Cronin Ford.

    I am very pleased with my recent purchase of a brand new F150 at Cronin Ford. Like most people, I was weary and overwrought of buying a new vehicle from a dealership for in fear I'd become yet another victim of a high pressure salesman pushing me into signing rather than finding out in what I really need from my vehicle. My experience at Cronin was a breath of fresh air and unlike other burdensome dealerships I've dealt with in the past, I was not immediately swarmed the second I stepped out of my car. I had time to search the lot and select a few vehicles I found most suitable before I was greeted. My sales consultant Cody Curry was a pleasure to deal with And made the car buying experience very smooth and exciting as it should be. The entire staff was genuinely interested in making my experience gratifying and affable.

    I came to Cronin to purchase a new Kia. Mark was amazing, attentive, and took excellent care of me. I cannot say more positive things about my buying experience.     It has been a very long time since I have purchased a new car. I worked with a young man named Zack Young who had all the answers to my questions. He made the car buying process very easy and I will be sending my friends and family to him. If you are in need of a car, go see him!

    I searched several dealerships and found the Escape I really wanted at Cronin Ford. I stopped by and spoke with Julie. From there it was simple. She got me the price I wanted and gave me free lifetime oil changes! They had me on the road within an hour! I highly recommend Cronin and will be back for my next purchase (hopefully not for a few years though). Thanks to everyone who made my purchase so quick and easy!

    Worst truck buying experience ever

    This was truly the worst buying experience we have ever had. They do shady business, tricking you into buying all sorts of things you don't need or want, and then your total is 11k over what you started with. They also agree to a price and then change it on the final bill, hoping you won't see it. They had so many people talking at us for so many hours we didn't know what was up or down at then end which is what they want so you won't pick up what they are doing. It worked out in the end, after having to drive back the next day to renegotiate the deal and we love our truck, BUT I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    I came in looking for a great deal on a new Ford Focus. I worked with Tony Villani who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped guide me through the process and really made a car buying experience very easy. The rest of the staff was friendly as well and made me feel at ease. Was the best car buying experience I've ever had!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. Would have all my friends and family come see Tony!

    absolutely wonderful my experience will last a lifetime never thought I would get treated as good as I did when purchasing a car my salesman matt was probably one of the most happiest salesman I have ever seen always had a smile on his face and did not leave one question unanswered that I had if he did not know the answer he make sure he found I will highly recommend this dealership hands down

    They ask way over book values on there used cars. know other people that have have went to this dealer and bought from another dealer because of ther low trade in offers and high used car prices. buyer beware....
