  I recently purchased a new F-250 from Geoff at Cronin Ford. I live an hour away and was able to work out all the details by phone and email prior to going down to the dealership. Great Experience I will be back.

  I have a Repair/Maintenance history with Cronin. So when my KIA was totaled, I knew exactly with whom I wanted to work to get a new one. Being 71 years old I have purchased a few cars in my life. This experience was hands down the best. Shiloh in Sales and Trevin in Finance were great to work with. As a woman I'm very cognitive of how I am treated in a situation like this and at no time did I feel treated like I was less than. That is the experience I have with Repairs/Maintenance too. Josh Hopkins is amazing to work with. I had done my homework before going in and I knew pretty much what they had on the lot and about how much I could expect to pay. The sale took 2 hours from coming on the lot to leaving in my new car. We got the transaction done, including a test drive, while not feeling rushed or delayed at any time. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. I have never wanted to give free advertising to a dealership by using their license plate holder on my car, but Cronin holds my tag now and always will.

  Ace was by far the best “salesman” I have ever dealt with. It’s hard to call him a salesman because he answered all of my questions perfectly and just basically did what I asked of him. No pressure and really took care of me. I will buy from him again and again!

  Buyout or Lease again?

  I visited Cronin Kia 3 yrs ago ago and leased my first vehicle. My salesman was Michael Monroe. Fast forward... it's time to decide if I want to buy out my lease or lease another vehicle. I went back to Cronin Kia and was delighted to see that Michael Monroe was still working there. I was able to schedule a time on Monday, to meet with Michael, to crunch numbers on buying out my Niro or leasing the new 2021 Kia Seltos. I was leaning toward the Seltos because it came in my favorite color orange (Mars Orange). When I met with Michael he listened to what I wanted, I was going to settle for the black or charcoal as they didn't have an orange on the lot. But Michael said that he would talk to the Sales Manager and see what they could do to get the color I wanted, that I shouldn't have to settle... Michael was gone maybe 15minutes and came back and said that they found my car at another dealership and they were working to see if the dealership would trade with them. They did!!!! Michael came over and said, "you got it", I was extremely excited and thankful for the time and effort that Michael put into getting me the car I wanted. I was able to pick my car up the next day from Cronin Kia. If looking for a new car/lease check out Michael Monroe at Cronin Kia and the rest of the staff, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Michael for another great experience at Cronin Kia!!!

  Joe Stephens @ Cronin Ford in Harrison OH is the best I have have dealt with going back to 1966. Bought new Expedition on the phone. Got there and he went through everything we could think of on operation of the car. He gave me an amazing cooler full of a "Taste of Harrison" goodies. Next morning called me to see if i made it home OK and answered some more operational questions. I am a sales manager at a Marine Dealership and I really do appreciate " above and beyond".
