  I had appointment at a specific time which I thought was for 30 minutes with the representative, when I arrived 9 minutes late, he was unavailable because he didn't wait, and was helping a walk-in potential customer; so I was shifted to another person. That was poor customer service on his part. The representative we ended up with was pleasant, professional and may lack in product knowledge (we had asked about air bags) they made up for with personality and follow through.
