    I found a Nissan Quest online. Called and made a verbal agreement with Keisha to purchase the van AT FULL ASKING PRICE. She took my credit card to hold it and we made an appointment for purchase and pickup. Day before the appointment I called to tell them I was bringing CASH. Was told by Brian - a sales manager - that the price of the van had gone up $3,000 due to repairs that they had to make to give me the 10year powertrain warranty. I asked for a listing of the repairs to be sent to me as I was still interested in the vehicle. I never received that list. I texted Keisha, my original contact that the sale was through, and no contact. I am a professional business owner and I am appalled at the lack of honesty, professionalism and customer service I've received. I was told by Brian they shouldn't have listed the vehicle at the price they did and he was sorry. Not professional or acceptable. At the very least, I should have been called prior to the repairs to discuss them because of the verbal agreement and credit card hold I had on the vehicle. I am taking my business elsewhere and you should as well.

    WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY 10 CAR PURCHASING HISTORY!

    THEY WOULD NOT SHOW ME VEHICLES, UNLOCK VEHICLES TO SIT IN, OR GO FOR A TEST DRIVE UNLESS THEY RAN MY CREDIT. I WAS ABLE TO PAY CASH! THEY WERE RUDE , WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONLS AND WOULDN'T GET OFF THEIR BEHINDS TO SELL ME A CAR UNLESS THEY RAN MY CREDIT. I WAS ABLE TO GET A COMPLETE DEAL DONE AND CAR DELIVERED FROM FERGUSON KIA IN TULSA OK. I AM DREADING HAVING TO GO TO CRAIN KIA FOR SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

    Very poor buying and service experiences

    Sold me a 2019 Sorento LX in October. After I got the car home, I realized I was told several things that were not true. Had car 3 months and wouldn't start 4 times in 4 weeks. Dealership had my car over 30 days and can't find anything wrong. I asked for invoices and they don't have any that show how they tried to fix it. They never called me once to tell me status. I always had to call there and ask for status. Lots of of messages left with no return call. They tried to sell me another new car. Rated my new 2019 Sorento in "good" condition. If they couldn't find anything wrong with it, why wouldn't my car be rated as "excellent"? 9,000 total miles on it, which only 2,000 was put on by me. Managers will not speak to me when I call or go to the dealership. I can give many more detaills! Very unacceptable for a business that I paid good money to and traded a good Kia that was dependable. I would like to contact the owner. My issues started mid January and still have no anwers but still have a 2019 vehicle that I never know if it will start when I need it to. I have contacted the AR Attorney General's office, so hopefully they can advise me what to do. My advice to everyone is STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

    They changed the price of vehicle somewhere between long drug out process to wear you down.also sneak in extra 3000 warranty surprise the for get title and bill of sale.because that shows what they have done.beware do not buy from this dealership.

    Service was bad. Put parts on backwards...

    Stay away from this dealer. Purchased a vehicle here and less than 14 days later I had to put $4K of repairs into it. They did not try to work with me at all. Just said "you signed the papers; not our problem". Update...went in for service of vehicle at end of July 2019 because manager asked to make it up to me. See image. They could not even service the vehicle correctly. Put parts on backwards and did not tighten the bolts. No more chances for Crain Kia of Bentonville.

    Do not purchase from here. They sold me a lemon. I had to spend $4000 in repairs the first 10 days after purchase. Don't trust their initial smiles.
