    I buy a new car and I am no happy with the car we back a next day for ask if is possible change the car for a one a little more big and the manager is so rude no explained nothing only say no you no can?t ??

    Took my car in for repair, it was returned incomplete. Service manager promised to replace missing parts and failed to do so. Many follow up conversations to get this done that went unanswered. Terrible Service

    Easiest car purchase ever

    This was by far the smoothest car purchase I have ever had! I worked with Eddie in the sales department who was wonderful. I live over an hour away and he was able to send me additional pictures of the vehicle before I made the drive down. When I returned later that afternoon to purchase the car, the finance process was quick and we were on the way home in no time! I had some additional questions a few days after the sale and Eddie was right there to assist.

    Lightning does strike twice!

    This dealership has earned a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty and integrity. I’ve bought two cars from Cox Chevrolet now and let’s just say that the satisfaction gained from this experience was much better than the first time which I would have thought to be impossible because the first experience was excellent. The entire staff delivered yet another outstanding performance of professionalism and A customer service. I’ve always believed that a person is only as good as their word and the way that they treat you…well, this dealership will continue to earn my business and I would say to anyone that is in the market for a new Chevrolet to go see these guys.     EXPECT LONG DELAYS WHEN IN FOR SERVICE

    YOUR SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW AND THERE APPEARS TO BE A GAP IN COMMUNICATION. I WAS IN THE SERVICE CENTER FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS FOR A FLAT TIRE REPAIR!! REGARDING THE COMMUNICATION ISSUE, IT WAS AT THE 2 HOUR MARK THAT I ASKED FOR AN UPDATE IT WAS THEN THAT THE SERVICE DESK ASSOCIATE SCRAMBLED AROUND AND MY TRUCK HAPPENED TO BE READY! QUESTION IS HOW LONG WAS IT GOING TO SIT THERE IF I HAD NOT ASKED! NOT HAPPY. I HAVE BOUGHT MANY VEHICLES WITH YOU AND PURCHASE PREMIUM SERVICE FOR MY VEHICLES BUT AM CONSIDERING CANCELING THE WARRANTIES PURCHASED FOR MY VEHICLE AND GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE!! IT SEEMS THAT YOUR BUSINESS ONLY "APPEARS" TO REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT THE CAR BUYING STEP!
