    My experience was awesome. Everyone I came in contact with were very accommodation from offering me water to just exchanging recipes. I never once felt like I was treated different nor felt like I was judged due to my less than perfect credit. Robert was very personable and easy to talk to and kept me informed. I have bragged about my experience to everyone that I have spoken to about my new Cruz. Robert was very informative and was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was going on and where we were at and what was going to happen next. I would definetely recommend Robert to other people in the market for a vehicle. Robert is going to be an asset to Courtesy Chevrolet. His PR skills are great! Overall GREAT experience! Robert called me because they had found my glasses in my trade in vehicle.     I first went to Midway and they did a bad finance deal and tried to change the interest rate so I brought the car back. Tony was in contact with throughout and even calmed me down when my wife's deal went bad at Midway. So, I went to him and Courtesy took care of me honestly and explained everything. Thank you Tony!

    Jumping to Conclusions

    My husband and I drove up to the dealership in order to get a better look at a couple of new vehicles. We are both 28 years old, but look much younger. That being said, I don't feel it was up to the salesman to question how we were possibly going to pay for a brand new vehicle because we were "so young". My husband and I own our own home (which we are the sole names on the mortgage), as well as our own vehicles (with previous loans on), and I have been out of my Masters program at college for over 4 years. Clearly this salesman just assumed that we were young, broke kids. The way he interacted with us was so rude, and after he found out our ages he said "Oh. Wow! you are only a few years younger than me". He approached the situation in the wrong way, and accused us of having no money. He even asked if we were going to put a big amount of money down, or if we were going to have a cosigner. I was extremely offended, and they lost our business. This was all within the first 2 minutes we were at the dealership, and this salesman jumped to conclusions based on his ignorance. Hopefully, they start to teach people that just because people look young, doesn't mean they don't have money (which we do! Plus GREAT credit scores). Their loss is someone else's gain.
