    I had the pleasure of working with Robert Harmor and David Hilner to purchase a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. The dealership accommodated my interest in the vehicle despite living 4 hours away. The majority of the paperwork and was done before I arrived. No hidden fees. No pressure. The car was as advertised. I would purchase another vehicle from Cortese and recommend others to do the same. The dealership was GRADE A!

    Although I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle due to corrections required on my car fax sheet. Bob is patient, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Lastly he exposed an unfavorable deal from another dealer that had interest in my vehicle which I am grateful for.

    BUYERS BEWARE!

    As I've stated now on Google and will soon state on other review sites, I'd definitely look elsewhere to buy a vehicle. I'm in a brand new Pacfica and havoa really tough issue. These guys have taken zero responsibility for helping get me through it. I've been there twice, both times they refused to troubleshoot the issue and solution...which is simple btw. Chrysler FCA was no better they told me to go to dealer, dealer told me to go to Chrysler, and around and around we go. 10+ calls, even more hours later and I'm no further along than when I started. Do your homework, find a dealer that understands customer service and go there. Avoid this place, you can do better.

    Highest Dealer Mark Ups $$$ Around!!

    One of the most Heavily Marked Up Dealers in The Buffalo/Roc Area. They Do Not care to make any sort of deal, except top $$. It blows my mind everytime I browse on cars.Com, that they are always the highest priced around. Save yourself some time and go out state. You can usually get the Next Model up of a particular Vehicle for the same price that Cortese offers a lower model for, and not just a few thousand.

    New transmission and warranty guarantee

    Service manager sold me a new transmission for my Dodge truck with a programmer on it. Service manager said even with the programmer the transmission came with a warranty. Had 3 days and transmission failed. Called and got the run around with no answer to the solution. Five days later still getting the run around and very few returned calls. It is apparent that this service department is focussed on sales and not following up on its service work. Would not recommend that you get work done at Cortese

    They abuse the Cars.com Cash Offer program

    I put my truck on the Cars.com "Cash Offer" program and got a number from Cortese that I could work with. They are an hour away, so when I made the appointment I asked specifically was this a come on to get me to look at new cars, as I am no longer in the market. They responded no, "you have a truck that we have a buyers for." I drive the hour only to get insulted by the Steve the Inventory Manager who said "I don't know what "they" were thinking, we wouldn't pay any where near this even if it was a trade on a new truck." I am in sales, I have never had a customer start a negotiation with an insult. I don't know who "they" are, as I am concerned Steve, "they", you and Cortese are the same. I do admit the truck will need tires soon, and that was not in my condition report. I did try to fix that when I saw the report, but there is no way to go back and edit. Cars.com should work on that aspect. They are using the "cash offer" program only to drive buyers to their store. I would never buy a car there after the way I was treated. What a waste of three hours.

    Interesting. I traded in a 2014 Dodge Charger for a 2016. The 2016 that we were negotiating on and came to an agreement didn't exist. They did find a 2016 charger but it had a different package. It had the blackout with 20" tires. I would have rather had the other car as it had Sirius radio, remote start and back up warning. A remote start was added but so far it doesn't seem to always start on the first try .I'm very happy with the car but was confused on how I had signed a deal for one car but ended up with a different one. Had I received the original I would rate the experience excellent. Also the girl that sold me the car no longer worked there after that night.
