  Best experience ever! Been owners of Kias for 18 years. I recommend the dealership to everyone. Ask for Samir M., he is the best sales consultant. He is very experienced and understands people's needs.

  Kept my down payment even after I showed them proof that they were not entitled to keep it don’t buy here!!! Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this business!!

  I bought a car, drove it for over a month and was advised the bank would not approve the loan. I was told I would receive my down payment back and the dealership no longer responds to my calls. I need the money to buy another car. Liars and thieves.

  Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

  ALL employees meet me with a sincere smile, LISTEN, keep me updated with meaning and accuracy...especially Alex-he is a cut above even taking my work bag and carrying to the car for me...the whole team effort of sincerity and excellence plus genuine caring and going the extra mile is why I keep coming back-this is my third car and won’tt be my last: I appreciate them!!!

  End of lease

  I was nearing the end of my lease on my 2015 Kia Optima. Miguel Farinas got me into a new 2018 Optima, with all the new technology, for just a little over what I was paying before and they took care of the last 4 payments on my old lease. Miguel made sure that I left happy and I am loving my new Optima.

  I stopped by Coral springs Kia, met with Miguel, he help me pick out The car that was right for me. coming out of a Lexus the Optima SKL was an excellent choice. The whole experience was awesome without pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership and Miguel to anyone.
