    I bought a car, drove it for over a month and was advised the bank would not approve the loan. I was told I would receive my down payment back and the dealership no longer responds to my calls. I need the money to buy another car. Liars and thieves.

    Very dissapointed

    Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

    I was nearing the end of my lease on my 2015 Kia Optima. Miguel Farinas got me into a new 2018 Optima, with all the new technology, for just a little over what I was paying before and they took care of the last 4 payments on my old lease. Miguel made sure that I left happy and I am loving my new Optima.
