Awesomeness in Georgia

Salesman Marvin Allen personally drove my new truck all the way to Birmingham for me. I highly recommend Conyers Nissan - Ask for Marvin!

I purchased new car 04/27 2013 the very worst day of my life .I was sold a base model car for top of the line price the car has no cruise control on it. I was not told the car did not have cruise control until all of the paper work has signed, at that point there was nothing I could do but except a car that I was being ripped off to drive. I did not get to chose the car. the car was chosen for me .I was supposed to be on some VIP List. I was called several times to come upgrade. The salesman Paul Huynh had been my contact for two years. I thought he was concerned about having a repeat customer not one that will ever support Conyers Nissan again. I have nothing good at all to say about Paul Huynh or Conyers Nissan .The state of Georgia upholds the right of the dealer to force one to purchase a car if you are ripped off by the dealer . I was told I could add cruise out of pocket,there was a button on the steering wheel. I assumed was the cruise control when I test drove the car.Now 2 weeks later the car I traded for the new car is on my credit report .I know I was treated this way because of my race.I hate to play that card but it is the truth.I have not heard of anyone else having a problem with these people. Nissan is a great car to bad Conyers Nissan ruined for me. I do thank them for teaching me just how to handel buying a car in Georgia.I thought only shady used car dealership used the practices that Conyers Nissan uses. The customer's satisfaction is not important. Buyer beware!!! This has been a nightmare for me!!!!! Edna C.Obie

From the time I stepped in the door until I left in my New Nissan Altima was about an hour and 20 min. -- which is pretty great considering it took me 30 min to decide what color I wanted. They did not play games with me which I liked. Marvin Allen was my salesperson and he was very nice and kind. I would say overall everything went smoothly.

by tough guy from Dacula, Ga | September 15, 2012I have bought over 10 cars from Conyers Nissan and I must say the sales staff is the best I've ever seen. Everyone is always friendly and says hello. I've been dealing with the same Sales Manager (Eddie ) for 7 years. Eddie has always gone out of his way to make sure I was happy. One time I was in service and my car was not done yet . I had to pick my kids up from school. He took me in another car to the school and helped me pick up my kids. He even bought them ice cream on the way back . Now thats going the extra mile. He doesn't even work in service, he is in the sales department. I will never go to any other dealer again. Thank you, Gary George
